This franchise location is struggling… I ordered 8 Chicken fries with a Mariana sauce and a tea Through the drive-through as the only one there.
I was held at the first window for 10 minutes before being allowed to move forward to pick it up. I’m assuming this has something to do with them artificially showing that their drive-through timer is shorter than it is.
The cherry on top was I only got seven of the eight chicken fries, No marinara sauce, and the wrong tea.

Kaleb was extremely courteous and helpful with accommodating my needs at this location. Every time I come in he is in a upbeat and good mood. I enjoy eating at this location because of their excellent customer service

This place has you waiting for along time for your food!! Inside was filthy no one came to wash the table off!! They kept messing our orders up!! The food was cold young men fixing the food was watching football on his phone so the manager AJ had to fix our food!! When they come in from the outside you had to tell them to wash their hands!!!

All crew guy had knife on his waist. No hand washing after going in and out passing orders out. Arguing with each other. Orders incorrect took over 30 minutes to get food slow.

The kind of establishment that expects you to pay for ranch but won’t even put ketchup in the bag. Also we ordered the Gomez churro fries and they didn’t bother giving us the chocolate sauce, which I suspect is another reason to price gouge us when we ask for it. Before the owner of this franchise tries to tell me the chocolate sauce is an Add on I would like to ask them to review the packaging on the churro fries. Never returning.
I usually hit this specific location on my way home in the evening since it’s on the way and I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. The woman working drive thru was extremely short and sounded very inconvenienced having to take my order. Ignored this and pulled up to the first window (she didn’t clarify which window to pull up to) and sat for about 5 minutes before I finally saw a human being inside. She leaned out of the second window and said “Hello?!?”, and snapped her fingers at me, as if I should have read her mind and known I was supposed to pull up there.
I don’t think anyone wants to get food from somewhere if they’re being treated like a massive inconvenience lol

Quincy is a hard working man and he deserves a raise I went in there today and he was so nice there was people yelling at him for no reason and he still referred to them as mam even tho they was really rude and when it came my turn to order he was so respectful even tho I had a big order he really needs a raise
