Carrburritos offers multiple vegan options. Looking for vegan options led us to this wonderful place. The special tofu burrito is excellent. We loved the pineapple salsa. The service is outstanding.
The outdoor dining area is intimate and charming.
There's even a wendigo bust on the wall.

Visited for the first time in over ten years (I moved away sadly) and carrburritos is still the gem it always was. Got to introduce my teenage sons to my favorite burrito joint, and even growing up in San Francisco with the original mission style burritos… they agreed that the food and vibe are on point

This is a hole-in-the-wall taco and burrito place. You order at the counter, and it can be very busy at times, but it always works out.

Everything tastes absolutely fantastic. Don't miss the many salsa options. Servings are very generous. It's all made in-house. The woman who started the place told me many years ago that she was looking to create the kind of Mexican burrito place that is common in California, where she had moved from.

This ain't a 5 star Michelin place, but it ain't trying to be.

Best burrito money can buy anywhere on earth. Cheaper than chipotle and 5x as good. Do yourself a favor, try one.

First time and last. Slightly deceptive pricing, carnitas weren't great.

Funky little burrito shop. Been a Carrboro staple for decades. The food is just as good as always. Tremendous salsas made in house to suit almost any palate.

Everything is very fresh, and made to order. Insider tip. They serve their burritos with a side of chips. The chips are a mix of corn and flour. Ask for all flour chips when ordering. They are worth a small upcharge!

I'm not in Carrboro very often, so it had been a while since I visited Carrburritos. I've always enjoyed their food and I had a really good chicken quesadilla. I thought the chicken was especially good, and they have some great salsas. A good excuse to lunch in Carrboro more often.

My husband and I love Carrburritos, I personally don't understand why others don't love the flour chips, they are AMAZING in our opinion! The food is always delicious, the horchata is to die for and the staff are always so polite and helpful regardless of how busy it gets. Parking can be hit or miss but it's an old, busy college town, no surprise there!

While the good is generally good (not great), the chips are awful. Who in the hell has ever wanted flour chips mixed in with corn chips? They burn and have a disgusting pasty texture. Just make normal corn chips like literally every other burrito/Mexican place in the known universe.
