Probably the most solid Chinese food in the chapel hill area. Been coming here since I was a kid, their dumplings are amazing and the wings are my favorite to this day! So good.

On Christmas without telling anyone they shut off their online system, so people could pay and order but the restaurant wouldn’t get the orders. Then when customers showed up for their orders, nothing was filled nor could anyone get a refund immediately. They refused to make the food. When we had called earlier to check on the Christmas hours nobody mentioned this. Poor service overall, would not recommend supporting.

Jade Palace has been my comfort restaurant for about a decade. I have joyfully eaten my way through the menu over the years and have always been delighted! Great service and this restaurant is such an essential part of carrboro! I’m moving out of state and I am going to miss Jade Palace so much!! Nothing but love for this place!!! Thank you to everyone at Jade Palace for feeding me and making me smile even when I’m sad on my floor!!!! Y’all are such an awesome part of this community and I want only the best of ya!!!!!

They are serving take out only.The inside of the restaurant smell extremely bad. It is like they are having sewer problems. The smell of poop and bathroom are all over inside the restaurant.It is very un-appetite. I would not order any foods from this restaurant.

Food used to be the best around. Ever since covid has been horrible. Only offer pick up because they don't even have air conditioning for there workers. And the food has continually gotten worse but they charge more for it. I'm done trying to eat there anymore!
