The owner greeted us and I shared that we had allergies before we sat down. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make her something safe. Highly recommend! The chips and guacamole are fantastic!

We were excited to try La Montana last Thursday but were unimpressed by the initial experience and left before ordering.
There was only one server and one bartender handling all the tables. No hostess. They were clearly struggling to keep up. They were both kind, but we were first seated beside the bathrooms and “office” area despite many other tables available. We moved to the bar, but bartender was busy running around taking care of other tables.
While the food looked great, we were not confident enough that the experience would improve to justify the high price tag.

The food was wonderful! It was a busy night and the service was naturally a bit slow, but that’s fine and expected! Our waitress was wonderful, the owner came out to help bc they were so busy, which gave us a minute to chat with him. I cannot recommend this place more.
Crispy tuna rice, bahn Mi tacos, and the queso fundito were all wonderful, as were the drinks.
I will be back.

Thoroughly mediocre and overpriced. Very low quality food for the price. We ordered drinks (meh) bahn mi taco appetizers (ok), pho (forgettable), and tamarind ribs with rice (ribs were acceptable, rice was actively bad. How do you mess up rice?).
Worse than any random strip-mall Vietnamese or Thai place. Serioudsly, it fails miserably compared to merely OK south east Asian food.
For 1/2 the price it would still be overpriced and bland. Lacking flavor, small portions, bland. OVERPRICED.
I was hoping the fusion aspect would bring interesting flavors or ideas. Nope, just by-the-numbers strip mall Vietnamese for 3x the price.
Service was excellent. But I'm not eating out for the service. I'm eating out for good food. The food was passable at best.

Had an incredible group dinner here - the staff was so friendly and the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. I highly recommend any of the rolls and the Oaxaca Sol (one the of the most fun drinks I’ve had). Will absolutely be coming back and am excited to try the owners other place called Izas next door.

Beautiful restaurant but a nightmarish parking situation and horrendous service. Our server let me know that even though there were many items on the menu suitable for my food allergies that they would not even bother discussion with the kitchen manager. I hope they go out of business.

Very clean and such a beautiful place! Great tasting food and the chef is very friendly and changes the food menu every 3 months for more variety and accommodations. If you enjoy a good drink, the drinks are on point! I personally loved my dining experience and highly recommend everyone to give La Montana a try! A great fusion of food and culture.
OMG this place is super AMAZING!!! The food is spectacular. The service was perfect. I had the pot stickers… the sauce was dreamy and the Biria empanadas were so good and plated beautifully. I really liked the guacamole sauce. I also had the dulce mango cocktail that I really enjoyed. My favorite dish was the crispy tuna sushi. I’m really picky with sushi and it did not disappoint. The decor inside is very classy and pretty.
Honestly my favorite part of my dining experience was meeting the owner. He was sweet and friendly. These days when people are so preoccupied and unfriendly, it felt good to be treated so warmly. Thanks so much 🫶🏽
