I had previously visited the Durham location and loved it, so when I saw there was one here, I didn’t hesitate to give it a try. However, I was surprised to find that the food tasted noticeably different, and I didn’t enjoy it. For instance, the empanada was fried, while at the other location, it’s baked. The bowl also came with a strange topping, (acevichado) which turned out to be some kind of mayonnaise, this was not mentioned on the menu. Thankfully, the very kind server replaced my dish when I asked for it to be removed.
While this location is more spacious, I preferred the vibe of the other one. I wouldn’t recommend this branch because, even though it’s the same restaurant, the kitchen is not on the same level.

Parking: Hard to spot parking lot from street and lot is small.
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker (rollator) and found accessibility not an issue. Did use bathrooms so no knowledge of access there.

What a pleasant surprise. Top notch South American food, great service, and modest prices. Highly recommended.

What a pleasant surprise this place was. I was skeptical about the description of some of the dishes by my goodness was everything good!! The sautéed roasted garlic kale was spectacular! My 11-year-old daughter got the fish and chips which were really tasty, but I would suggest an alternative side to the slaw mixture for kids. although I found it delicious, it might have been too adult for her liking, although she loved the kale. I got the fish, Patagon, and it was filling and so delicious! The jackfruit Patagon is also very good for vegans/vegetarians. I literally can’t wait to go back to this place to try more dishes.

The service was so great. There was a mix-up with our take-out, but they fixed it so fast we were out of there in less than 10 minutes. We ordered the 1/4 dark meal, arepas, and a sandwich with the plantain bun. Everything was so good. I wish they had a half chicken meal, because it is so good.

Amazing food and service! Great vibe, friendly faces, creative dishes. Arepas were so yummy as an app-we had one each of brisket, chicken, black bean, carnitas. Rotisserie chicken and empanadas for mains, yuca frites were sweet treat at end. We’ll be back!

The fried cauliflower and toastones where it. Also the bartender made excellent spice jalapeño margaritas.
So as Brazilin good goes it's in my top 5. Just be prepared if you think it's Mexican. Because it's definitely not a Mexican restaurant.

Spectacular food and service. I will be coming back. The appetizers were all delicious and perfectly seasoned, we had batatas bravas and Cerviche. The sauce on the fries was so good I got multiple sides to put on my sandwhich. The sandwhich featured fried shrimp with slaw and cheese. It was spectacular and the shrimp was perfectly cooked and clearly fresh. I got a side of plantains/Manuel’s that were also perfectly cooked and delicious. I would recommend this spot for any date night or group dinner. I am excited to come back and try brunch and other menu items

If you have a large party avoid this place at all cost. The service was slow and we were seated outside in 90 degree weather. This was after we called to make reservations and the hostess told us "you don't have to make a decision right now for inside or outside seating we can accommodate you when you arrive". However, when we arrived we were not allowed to sit inside when their dining room was nearly empty. Our server was nice, but had no business taking a party as big as ours. It took him almost a half hour to organize our checks and take payment. The food and drinks are decent, but why would you go here when there are so many good restaurants who actually provide good service to their customers.

Dietary restrictions: I have a lot of allergies, and because I told them about them, I was able to replace some items with other choices. They’re very accommodating. Our waitress, Lindsey, was very thorough when I mentioned allergies.

This is a great spot to accommodate many tastes. The food tastes great including healthy items like the grain bowls. The kids love the maduros. We mostly get takeout which is always prepared quickly. Delivery can get overly pricey so I definitely recommend picking it up (parking is nearby at Syd’s Surplus).

As a Colombian trying to find good Latin food in the area is hard. When my family and I saw this place we decided to try it. We were very disappointed with the food. The empanadas had barely flavor and tasted like pot pie. Most gringo restaurants in the area.
