Calming atmosphere and classy interior. Service was excellent. Shared two pizzas between three people, which made for a perfectly light dinner. I tasted the Funghi Panna and the Bufala. Both had very thin bases, which I prefer, and intricately baked crusts. I enjoyed the freshness of ingredients, and even spotted a couple garlic cloves on the Funghi Panna. The Bufala was classically flavorful and tasty, but next time I’ll reach for something special.

Don't believe the hype. Precious about their pizza quality suffering by takeout orders but burned 40% of each pie. Also oddly hostile to folks waiting on pick-up for a place that mandates you show up to order. Flavors & textures on the merguez and squash pizzas didn't meld, pretty unpleasant even on the unburnt sections. Maybe if they can figure out ingredients, cooking, and service this place could deserve your business. Or maybe the gelato is stellar.

Wonderful wood fired pizza and the chili oil at the table is delightful. Either inside or outside is nice. A few local beers on draft is a plus. The gelatos are great cap on the meal. The Parma pizza is my favorite. The gluten free crust is one of the best I’ve ever tried.
Great pizza, cute environment, and good price for the quality of food. Had the calabria pizza and it was incredible. Splitting one pizza between two people made a light meal, but combined with an appetizer would probably be perfect.

Excellent pizza and ice cream. Nice array of beverages. Limited pizza topping choices though. No chicken. No shrimp. If you don't eat beef or pork you are out of luck! Having a bit more variety in protein would be most welcome. Enjoyed and will be back!

We lived in Italy for many years, and Napoli's pizza is the real deal, with a terrific Italian-style crust and a perfect char on the edges. The joint was hopping when we were there, but our server, Madison, took very good care of us. Pro tip: Don't skip the gelato for desert - another authentic taste of Italy. Viva Napoli!

Service was great. Fun and lively atmosphere. Pizzas range from expected to unique. The ingredients on the seasonal peaches and burrata were fresh and delicious. Needs work on the cooking as dough was overdone on edges and doughy on the bottom. They get that right and Napoli is a must.

The food here is exceptional. From cocktails to gelato, it was a feast for the senses! The overall vibe is oddly serene for such a busy place. And our server, Bella was top notch! The space might be small but the experience is grand! Favorite pizza in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area! 10/10 highly recommend!
I eat at Napoli often, usually take out; this Saturday I checked out the new dining space with a few friends. We enjoyed our experience very much; great food as usual, attentive service, nice ambience. Will be back!

Pizza can’t get any better than in Napoli Pizzeria & Gelateria in Carrboro. Modern renovated design, taverna-style clay oven and awesome service (thanks, Lorelei). Combine it with affogato, gelato and cocktails which are as good as pizzas - and you will have a foodie experience out of the world. A bit drunk and too full, can’t write more compliments then this ? Reservations are recommended.
