Salon Monterrey is AMAZING! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We used this venue for our wedding reception and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was kind and accommodating of everything that we asked. They worked with us to make our day special. The food is unbeatable, and you can't go wrong with any of their food choices. The space is beautiful and elegant. They handled everything, which took away the stress of having to decorate on the wedding day. I don't have a singe complaint, and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to host a large event. Multiple guests commented that this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and it was definitely because of Salon Monterrey!

We were visiting from Texas for my cousin's wedding. The venue was pretty nice and the food served was pretty good, definitely a bit of a southern twist to a Mexican dish but the flavor was very solid. Would recommend this salon for a party.
With this being said, I cannot speak for the actual package pricing but I can acknowledge that we as family members were able to bring in the deserts and candy but were only not welcome to decorate freely as the workers were moving around and we were in the way. Further, there is a bar area but no associated kitchen to the salon.

Honestly, I don't recommend it. The rules they use are the same as those in the restaurant and that's not okay. A lounge is different from a restaurant. It's okay if they want to rent it like that, but I don't think it's the client who pays and they impose their rules.

The room is elegant inside but the waiters in particular, a chubby man with glasses is very rude to the guests of the event (he kept shouting), They are very special about everything that can be done in the room, they do not allow drinks and tea They charge $20 for margaritas from the restaurant attached to one's party. Not recommended this place if your family likes to have fun. They shake the party for every little thing. 0/100 !

The owner was very picking on letting the family members that came to help out and set up the desert table. She wouldn’t let them use the kitchen or even let them wash their fruit. She told them they had to go outside and wash their items/fruits with the water hose. She isn’t very humble. DONT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE!!
