I’ve been here several times now, each time the sushi was even better than the last. Wide range of sushi rolls to choose from as well as some unique and tasty appetizers. Sushi Nikko is a, if not THE, hidden gem of Carrboro. We will be regulars.
I've never been disappointed in the sushi rolls or sashimi here - excellent. Highly recommend as an escape from the usual Carrboro fare or just to get sushi because let's face it - it's one of the best meals on the planet.
We like to play sushi roulette. We pick numbers without knowing what we're getting. Tonight the choices were all outstanding! I think so far we've never been disappointed! Wonderful food!
