By far tge slowest vojangles EVER!! literally just sat in th drive thru line 10 mins for an order kf fries. Only to finally get to the fmwindow and them to tell me they don't have any fries! Your bojangles, how do you not have fries?

Picked up food today (12-28-25) the fried chicken wasn't season at all. It tasted like water and even the biscuits :( so I didn't enjoy at all!

We where in hurry at 12:45 on a Sunday. As we entering the restaurant a man came out saying forgot going in it takes too long. We went inside and the line was short however after 20 minutes only two people were served at the inside counter. We didn't have time to continue waiting for service and eat because we were headed to a friend's funeral.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The service is a little slow.
The restaurant is very clean, almost looks brand new!
I'd visit this location again if I am in the area.

We just went through the drive-through order a two-piece chicken meal and a three-piece when we got home. Both of them was two piece meal and did not give us a biscuit at all that Bojangles needs lots of help.

Gave me a medium drink by mistake, watched them pour the medium drink into a large cup and add an obscure amount of ice to make it look full, and got a half full container of fried that looked like they were scraped out of the bottom of the fryer, took about 15 minutes through the drive through

The quality of the food was so poor. Everything had been sitting out for a while u could tell. My mashed potatoes were crusting from where they hadn't been stirred up and my fries were cold. The tea was BY FAR the best thing. Everything tasted like it had been reheated. I love bojangles but this is by far the worst ive ever been to, and I will not be back!!!
