Ordered a pork chop biscuit for myself , A biscuit n gravy for the wife . Before leaving . I checked the bag for the right contents . Got to the office , Wife took out the food . OMG !! The biscuit n gravy looked totally disgusting , She took a very small bite , She spelt it out as fast as it did when going in mouth . She like started dry heating , Wife started it was rotted or spoiled Mike or something . Opened up my pork chop biscuit . There was a dead fly in side the wrapper paper . Never again will I or any of my friends or family will ever stop at the Carthage store ..

Just sat outside for 10 minutes waiting for my food, then another 6 or 7 minutes to get a refund. Hands down the worst Bojangles I've ever been as far as the time it takes to get the food. Will not go back. Ever.

After having a horrible experience a year ago, I came back to give it another try, and I was not disappointed. The workers were very nice, and it was decently quiet. The best part was that I asked if I could get more seasoning on my fries, and the worker gave me the shaker, which made my day.

6 people, including ourselves, walked out without being waited on. The guy left the customers in front of him to start doing door dash orders. Leaving no one to take orders. There was no leadership or organization. I will not consider giving them my business. Bad customer service!
Had a bad experience at location in Carthage NC. Never have anything you ask for. Went and wanted Cajun filet sandwich and had no buns. How does a restaurant not have buns. I will never come back

Had breakfast. Really good and hot food
They were out of the new Bo-Bite menu item plus they were not able to accept cash. Unacceptable to not make sure they kept a new menu item in stock.
Don't know what was going on, but service was terrible.
