I went to the drive thru. Ordered a crispy onion whopper with no lettuce or tomato. I asked for thos 2 things to be removed because I am deathly allergic. And they decide oh hey let's leave the lettuce and tomato on it. Why cant people follow simple instructions. Will not be going back to the establishment after this. And had to throw away my food. So thanks

We went in about 115 pm. No one inside and 2 cars at window. We stood there for 10 minutes, 2 employees saw us but never left their station. Uger king in Carthage NC. We left!

Had to wait over 15 minutes in the parking lot for my food still had to go in and get with 4 people working on young walking around like she was lost ignored me at the counter it'll I raised my voice then I had ask loudly for my drink I asked for a manager and the girl acted like I spoke another language I spoke to a young man and ask him if should take 20 minutes to get my food and he said no and apologized that was it but it wasn't just me it was just about every car in the drive thru if they were that far behind they should inform the customer and this was 745pm on a Thursday night Something needs to be done

This local needs real help with customer service. With 5 employees working and no other patrons in line. Not a single person acknowledged the fact I was standing at the counter. I was then further ignored when an employee came in walked to the back clocked in and then had another employee ring her food up at the register next to me. I walked out. No reason to come here only to be ignored. I went to Hardee's where i was greated and was tended to immediately.

It was very clean in the bathroom, bench was clean, the food was so hot I had to let it cool down before I ate. Service was amazing, fast, good, clean. Period. Best fast food place I have been to! Great job guys u make people's day!

Avoid this store. Ordered through the app and went through the drive thru to pick up. Was told they were out of food and I would need to cancel through the app - there was no way to cancel the order. Went into the restaraunt to talk to the manager, after proving to her it's not possible to cancel through the app she said not to worry I would be refunded. 3 days later I have not been refunded - so now I have to go through the process with my card company to get the charges reversed. If you call customer service, the call immediately drops - no way to get a refund back from the restaurant Absolutely ridiculous .. DO NOT buy from this location Manager was useless and this point has stolen $18 from me
