Sat in line at the drive thru, waited 20 mins before someone would acknowledge that a car was there (but the other lane must have first priority 👌🏻) then waited another 10 mins at the window waiting on a MOBILE ORDER. 90% of the time the store doesn’t have anyone there. Drive thru is a joke, don’t bother going. If I’m hungry for BK I’ll go to Aberdeen instead. From start of order to me picking up took me 30 mins. Might as well not be in a hurry cause you gonna wait regardless

Never thought I would wait 30min for food. Food was half cooked burger, nuggets, and chicken were cold. Fries felt left over and or cold not even worth eating. Dr Pepper tasted like weird water flavored soda. Lady had her kids as a distraction from actually working. One lady with the tattoos decided to entertain her kids and kept the lobby locked so you couldn’t even confront them about the order being messed up. Ignored me as I tried to confront about our horrible order. Let alone touching her kids and finger near her mouth never saw her once go clean her hands. Be cautious of this Burger King.
This is the second time I’ve ordered the big bacon king burger and did not receive that very disappointed

This place is Horrible. 30 minute wait and I'm stuck at in The drive-thru. I also waited to take my order and the person that showed up way after me had their order taken first. This place is horrible and I don't even know why I went here. But I do know it's the last time

Every time I go to the burger king in Carthage they get my order wrong mixed up or I'm sitting in the drive thru over 15 mins went this afternoon drive thru is closed and the doors are locked I called and asked why there was only one person there so they were understaffed I wish they'd put a taco bell there instead my overall experience there has been terrible it either needs new management or just shut down 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This burger king may be less then a year old, but it's always CLOSED! WHY DID YALL BUILD UT IF ITS NEVER OPEN? Everytime I go there the drive through is blocked off, the doors are locked, and some fat employee inside saying they are closed! It's 3pm on a Saturday, and this crap happens at this bk in Carthage NC ALL THE TIME, IM DONE TRYING TO GO THERE!

I just went through drive thru an hour ago. I order 2 Jr. Whoppers with cheese and a large onion ring. I got to the window and my food was ready. The worker asked if I wanted onion ring sauce. I said yes and said one please. I opened the bag to put the sauce in and there were no napkins. I asked for a couple of napkins. She replied that she was out of napkins. How can a restaurant have no napkins??? I don't expect much these days. My burgers had no cheese. But no napkins??? Couldn't someone at the store go across the street to Food Lion to get some napkins for their customers? Am I being too critical?

The staff was very polite and accommodating!!! Food was hot too.
Food is ok but customer service is so depressing. No smiles no happy greetings. They talk to you so plainly. I went to sheetz treated me kindly happily. I understand people aren’t happy with there jobs but don’t take it out on people. I’ve been there before that’s why I worked hard to have a better job.
My boyfriend tried calling a order in for me to pick up after work. Because the app didn't give him some options. They told him haft call back at 8:45 order to be ready at 9pm I get there no one comes out pull to the door girl chks for order later manager comes out said gonna be awhile a few orders in front of ours I waited 50min then no honey mustard had to drive back.
