The food is always fresh, the crew is always friendly and I have always gotten the correct items. Anymore that is more than you can expect from fastfood. There really is never a wait here except for the amount of time it takes to cook your food, but to wait for fresh food is fine with me. I will take that any time over not waiting and leaving quickly with old stuff.

It was very very slow sitting waited forever and there were multiple cars ahead of me parked and waiting
I absolutely love this Hardee's! The food is always fresh and hot, service is great, and the employees are so kind. In fact, I drive 30 mins sometimes to eat at this location because of Ms. Darlene. She knows her customers and truly cares about everyone that comes in the door. Hardee's is blessed to have her on their team. I have been eating here for years and have always had a great experience. My go-to meal is the chicken tenders. They are the best chicken tenders around, much better than that Bo place! Thank you, Carthage Hardee's and Ms. Darlene, for being the best of the best!

I have wasted my money time and time again at this Hardee's and today will be my last time doing so. I'm not sure if their workers all came in drunk from the 4th of july or what but food was sloppy and terrible. And on top of that it was the wrong order. I normally don't mind a wrong order if the food is edible, It absolutely was not. Please save your money and do not support this trash pit.

I went to this location and got to see the “rude manager” that’s in other reviews and let me tell you she was not rude at all. She was kind and polite with me. And yes she was direct with her staff, but in an appropriate way that was sufficient for the young and what seemed to be still training staff. These days it is hard to find competent people to these work low wage jobs, she is simply doing the best she can to deliver excellent service. The food was hot and fresh too.
