We placed our order using the mobile app. Went through the drive to pick it up. When we drove off and was getting the food out, we were missing a breakfast burrito and a loaded omelette biscuit. I parted and went in to get the rest of the order and had to tell three different people what I was missing before I got it.

My omelet biscuit didn't have much omelette stuff in it. Over half the biscuit was cheese and egg and the other side had a little ham. Not a normal Load Omelette biscuit. More like oops forgot to load the omelette biscuit. Service was very fast considering the line was all the way around the building.
This is usually a really good Hardee's compared to others. I won't hold this anomaly against them.

Wasn’t very cleaned when I arrived and they had no customers so a lot of standing around. The soda machine was dirty and not cleaned or even wiped down. Please do better at cleanliness .
I don't usually go to Hardee's. However we were traveling and decided to stop. This was a awesome group of employees who were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for assisting myself, my sister and my dad.

Love Hardee's breakfast over all the rest fast food places. Only one manager always gives me problems when I go through there. Not sure of her name but she is rude every single time to me if shes there when I get my breakfast. Everyone else is so nice.

The Hardee's in Carthage is great! Food is well prepared. The eggs don't have a lot of taste anymore... not sure why, but the burgers, biscuits, chicken, and fries are amazing.
