Marcos Pizza has definitely impressed. the food is amazing, staff friendly & helpful, restaurant is clean & timely. I really don't think there's one bad thing I could say. they did accidentally get one of our pizzas mixed up with another BUT they quickly fixed the issue & were super nice. they didn't have any attitude about the mix up either VERY straight forward with honesty! we'll absolutely be visiting again, soon! prices are affordable too, with having deals.

Let me preface this review with why I was a loyal Marco‘s customer before.
I literally spent a couple of thousand dollars a year at the Shawnee, Oklahoma location. The service was so great there that I even wrote the CEO and email about the great service received from their manager Holly.
The manager and staff at that location cared about their customers and took care of them. Their pizza was awesome and they always worked with me to get what I needed.
We moved to the Southern Pines area in January 2025. After three failed attempts at receiving good customer service or pizza at this location. We stopped eating at Marco‘s.
All three attempts involved the app not working properly or crediting my coupons on the app. I would call the location, all three times and let them know the app is not working properly or crediting my coupons. They said they cannot do that with the store computer, I would have to do it online or app to get the credit for the coupon.
The last time I called was a $200 order I ended up canceling. I was explaining the problem to the lady that answered the phone she kept yelling back-and-forth to her manager and someone else what to do or how to fix a problem. They kept yelling back answers.
She said “I cannot get anyone to help me.” I said “just cancel the order” and I hung up, that’s the last time I ate at Marco’s Pizza.
That was a little over a month ago. I look forward to returning to Shawnee Oklahoma for vacation so I can enjoy a great Marco’s Pizza.

Good little typical chain pizza restaurant. The best thing about this place is they are located next to the best sandwich shop in the world! Also I love how the little tiny pepperonis cover the pizza completely, and each and every one of them is crisped up to perfection! It's really nice living in the Sandhills of North Carolina, and I'm glad Marcos is here to visit. Sometimes we miss things from our home like Mr Gatti's, or HEB. Sometimes it's Whataburger or Bucky's that we miss. But we definitely don't miss hail storms in tornadoes! The weather here where this Marcos Pizza is located is very fair. Nothing like back home where there's scorching Heat by 11:00 every morning. Sometimes it's so bad you can't even leave the house until after Dark. Then it's still 95° outside but at least there's not Sun blazing down on you trying to cook you to death. A wonderful thing about this place is when my cat scratches at the door, I just let him in and enjoy some of his cat food. He doesn't like people food, but if he did I would definitely feed him some Marco's pizza! He is a bigger boy but not overweight. He is a large boy weighing in at 19 lb. But he has a very large bone structure to support his heavyweight. I don't really think he's overweight, Plus I would never tell him that anyway. I try not to body shame any of my pets, because I do not want them to get a complex.

I never had Marcos before moving to NC. It’s definitely my first choice these days! My family always gets the calzones. Such a reasonable price & great portion size. My toddler really loves it, so that is saying something! We have gotten the pizza as well. 10/10 for us. Also love the cinnamon squares. They even heat up great after being in the fridge!
