I actually went to MAC’S in Southern Pines on Sunday 10/20 ordered Patty Melt overcooked dry instead of extra onions it was no onions I went there regularly when it was under different managers and I was trying to support but each item I had there before doesn’t compare it was a step above

I had the stuffed cabbage, slaw and collards. My wife got the homemade onion rings and they were delicious. Everything was delicious. Prices are reasonable.
Our return to Pete's was quite a letdown. We used to come here weekly for breakfast and dinner often several times a week. We stopped coming when the food and service went downhill about a year ago. This return was no better. We both order fried chicken that resulted in small flavorless overcooked pieces. I said something about the chicken and was told that's the way it is. The sides for both of us were cold and flavorless as well. We will not be back.
