We ordered 2 brisket sandwiches. I was disappointed as the bread was cold and the meat slightly warm and flavorless. Half way through the sandwich became very soggy. Diet coke tasted like seltzer water. For $38 I expected a little better then what we got. We won't be eating here again.

All I can say is absolutely delicious. My husband and I loved our sandwiches. Such a great menu with unique and tasty options. We can't wait to go back. I love how they source locally and have so many options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free and of course the carnivore in your life. Plus the staff were welcoming and patient as made our choices.
I have celiac disease and have eaten the gluten free bahn mi several times with no reaction. Just have to let them know to avoid cross contact.
The food is just stellar— I stop here every time I’m in town.

Sorry to say the customer service and food needs improvement. Ordered to go at the register. The man handing out the orders was rude (will leave the details of the interaction out as maybe it was a bad day for him). My daughter’s chicken was placed loose in a bag, chicken was tough to chew and had little flavor (like an oily breadcrumb coating that tastes like the oil?), and our salad didn’t have the lid placed on well so it was spilled over into the bag. Also had ordered a side that we didn’t receive.

Ordered the chicken wrap and got it on a baguette, one of my favorite ways to eat it, had an issue with the chicken today to which I called to ask for a refund for and the manager did which was appreciated, always makes me nervous to have to call a place and ask for refund of any kind but this place is absolutely stellar and customer service is usually always good!
