i haven’t had a good experience with this place in years. i placed a mobile order today and they simply just ignored it. i had placed it at my house 20 minutes prior to arriving at the store and when i got there my order hadn’t even been started and the employees hadn’t even known it came through. once i asked for it they got straight on it, but they made my drink completely wrong. i ordered a peppermint mocha and they didn’t even put in peppermint, nor did they fill the cup up all the way. i’m a barista myself and it is absolutely pathetic to be incapable of the most simple things. these employees need to be retrained and harris teeter needs to put more effort into hiring baristas who can actually do their job.

This Starbucks location is consistently out of stock. It seems like the employees are there just to inform customers of what they don’t have. For the past two days, they haven’t had any coffee. A Starbucks without coffee should reconsider its operations; it makes no sense.

Ordered drink with three employees working at 715pm any was told they didn't have base for drink but could make it if I waited three minutes I said okay. However, after a very dirty look by one of the employees after I had paid I was told they couldn't make drink. All employees were cleaning up on Friday night...forced me to go to customer service for refund.....

Holly is awesome! On a busy Monday morning, she never stopped moving. She single-handedly took care of customers in line as well as the numerous mobile/app orders streaming in. Her smile and professionalism never faltered and my latte was exactly what I needed.

Terrible put a mobile order in 30 mins before arriving still had to wait another 20. There were about 20 people waiting for mobile orders. One person working and they were still taking orders. I wish I could of got my money back. They didn't know how to get refunded.

Cannot understand how this place has only a 3.9 ⭐️ rating other than the only people writing one star reviews have poopie pants about a irrelevant or minor issue.As for my wife and I we love this location. Close to our house, awesome/ friendly staff, and fast. It cannot be understated how quick these ladies complete orders. Today their is 5 people in-front of me and two waiting, took less than 5min for me to get to order, and in the time it took me to grab a bag of coffee and checkout at the grocery store my wife’s and my coffee were waiting!Awesome job ladies!
