The ice cream is really really nice. BUT the staffs have a wide range variance of personality (or say work attitude) majority of them are super friendly, while a few has a load of attitude. So for the staffs have many many attitude, please choose a career that you like! If you don't like what you do, at least don't ruin people's day when they an expecting a nice local ice cream! Please!

Ice cream was okay! But service was terrible. Staff working looked very disinterested on their job and were very cold when serving. So terrible that I will not be back again. Not something you want to experience when you visit an ice-cream place. Bitter feeling when you want sweet!

This place was life changing. This is hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The service was fast and the place was clean and the servers were sweet. I spoke to the owners husband who told us the story very excitedly and told us all about how his wife became a greater in ice cream. Love their ice cream. They have creative flavors, for instance: lavender honeycomb, couch potato, black raspberry and rose pistachio. The service is super friendly and patient with kiddos, and the milkshakes are a good size for the price. Probably our favorite local ice cream shop!

While I still think the ice cream is fantastic, I've been unable to order a waffle cone the last two times I've been there. The first time I thought it was an aberration, but they don't have waffle cones available when they open. The staff explained that they had just turned the machine on.... so cones aren't ready until at least 15 minutes after they open. The ice cream is so good it feels petty to comment on this, yet the time the store is opening clearly isn't a surprise to the staff or the management. If you wait until they've been open a bit then you have to contend with the line... I've tried to come on the weekend, but then the waffle cones don't seem fresh so why bother ordering one. Their ice cream is fabulous, it would be great if they were ready to serve customers when they opened.

You can't come to Raleigh and not treat yourself. This ice cream never disappoints. The flavor is amazing and the customer service is on point. Love their ice cream. Restaurant was clean and the line moved pretty quickly. Overall, one satisfied customer!
