I received excellent customer service from Eric. He made coordinating an order for a colleague simple and easy! I appreciated his thoughtfulness (i.e. asking if he should add a message to the service) and ensured the order was complete. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be a returning customer.
Lingua Franca is our favorite of the two. Tom was great to work with and very patient with me. It is nice to have a connection like Tom to make recommendations. My wife and I are both Pinot Noir fans. We plan to make additional purchases with Tom.
