Complete awful the worker was so worried about what else was going on didn’t really know what was going on so spaced out!!!! Took forever three ice creams yeah would say stay away one of the worse experiences when getting ice cream should have went to store and bought some could have done way better at home.
Horrible wait time. Understaffed.. Do not go. Just went there at around 11:45 am on June 12 and had to wait around 20 minutes for just one coffee and two donuts. I even saw some waiting customers to leave empty handed - with a sad face.
I went to this Baskin Robbins location around 6:55 PM today to pick up my order—a single scoop in a cone. The store closes at 7:00 PM, and there were two employees inside when I arrived. However, they were dismissive and claimed they didn’t have my pick-up order. Despite their denial, I could see an order displayed on the screen.
I understand it was a free scoop promotion, but if Baskin Robbins itself is offering it, why does it matter to them? It almost felt like they wanted to keep the order for themselves. If they aren’t willing to honor the promotion, they should just put up a sign stating so instead of wasting customers’ time.
If anyone reading this knows of a better location in the area, please let me know. I also wouldn’t recommend the Apex location, as I had a similar experience there.

Clean and nice for birthday parties.
The ice cream is good, but they have apparently down-sized scoop to half-sized. I ordered 2,scoops this afternoon, and they looked like one small one! I asked the window person if this really was two scoops. She assured me it was. the total ice cream did not make it halfway to the cup cover!
Visited this location on 4/23/2023 around closing. Guy with the longer hair (I believe in management) did not blend my smoothie correctly. I advised him that my smoothie was not the correct consistency. Very aggressively, he took my smoothie, poured it back in the blender after I drunk out of it, and then gave it back to me in the same cup and lid.

3 stars, negative stars today and 5 for the other times. I get it, that in COVID times it’s nearly impossible to be cheerful. Upon entry I sensed something was amiss. A quick observation of behavior and rapid exit would have served me better today. ;-) Lesson learned.
Yes I recommend this Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Many years ago I used to work in Cary and I came here a lot the service was wonderful then too! I drove here twice today from Durham. To get a special coffee that I like. I couldn't get it in Morrisville and two Dunkin' Donuts in Durham. I think this is a bigger and more popular location because they're always busy. The staff is very friendly and kind and even though this is not anywhere near my house it's worth the trip out there and I'm trying to work it into my daily routine. They get my order correct too everytime.I had two wonderful service experiences today and I plan to go back many more times. This location has never disappointed me past or present. Thank you!!!
Dine-in closed when other area locations, as well as ice cream shops, have dine-in or at least in-store purchase. It wasn't so much the lack of in-store purchase as it was the poor attitude of the employees who were standing around playing on cell phones. Covid is stressful on all of us, but there's no excuse for poor service.
