I’ve never been to a Bojangles and had hard biscuits to go with my chicken fillet combo. Literally the biscuit was crunchy. I asked for Cajun pinto beans and they literally spilled all the bean juice inside the bag and it got all over the food. For me to go back and complain about it would be the biggest rookie mistake ever in today’s day. and I used to work in a restaurant. They need real help in there because it’s blatant they don’t care. I haven’t even looked at my Bo Berry biscuit yet and I’m Lowkey scared to. I don’t think I can do “fast food” after this. I guess you get what you paid for right?

It’s always something every time I go to this location. Went to pick up some food for my son. Order a 3 pc white with fries. Sat in line for about 10 minutes before I got to the window to pay. I get to the window and the cashiers tells me that they only have dark meat but she is going to go check to see if they have any white meat. Another cashier come to window to now tell me they don’t have any chicken and it will be about 20 minutes. I will be avoiding this location!!!

My order at drive thru was messed up. Got to the window, they couldn’t find it. I ended up having to tell them the order again. Finally paid for it after 5-10 minutes. Told me to pull ahead and food would be brought out. Manager brings the food out while apologizing. I was told they put extra sauce and napkins in the bag. No worries. WRONG! Fries were decent but no seasoning after I told them extra seasoning 4 different times. Sauces were wrong and only 4 for 3 large meals.
Everything felt like a bojangles experience, so only reason I’m writing this is because their effort to try to fix the issue was also wrong.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst location for service. It’s close to the house so we give them a shot every few weeks. Every other time we go, order is wrong. Staff can’t be bothered to even be pleasant. How this location stays open is beyond me!!

I am convinced that these guys that work at this specific location do not change the Grease…there is no reason that this Bojangles out of all of them should taste like week old oil IT IS DISGUSTING!!? and it is every time I go there .. I hope that this review reaches somebody in management.. but then again I won’t be back
