Today, I came here for lunch earlier this afternoon at 12:18pm after church. But when I started placing my order of a three-piece all-white meat chicken to a young man named Subash, he tend to cut me off and pretended not to understand what I was telling him just because he was new yesterday at the dine-in cash register. While I highly doubt this review will resolve anything let alone reprimand this person of Management in private or public my visit today was so unpleasant it’s worth a shot. I approached the Drive-thru window at approx 3:17 PM and was immediately greeted by a male asking to take my order. I would like to update to add that the young man who checked me out was very pleasant, and helpful. I did appreciate him.
The last three times that I’ve come to this Bojangles, they’ve been out of chicken. How does a place that only serves chicken run out?
