Things have changed at my local Bo! They have changed in a good way, staff doesn't seemed bothered to do their job, food is way more tasty, fries do not look and taste like they were reheated the night before and this was at lunch... well I asked today at the drive thru if they had new management, John is the lead now. Do not mind spending my money here anymore, used to drive out of my way (I mean I do like Bojangles, just want what you pay for...) just to get good service and food. Thank you for making my local Bo and great place to eat again!

Seasoning on chicken and fries is good but can be inconsistent from one visit to the next. The wait at the drive-thru is decent, but there have been occasions where I've waited for 20 minutes or more.

Poor customer service in the night shift. They noticed that I was there, and they just ignored me. There were not customers in the drive thru. Three employees do nothing in the kitchen waiting I leave. I had to go to Chick fil A because you guys don't want to work. If you don't like the job that you are doing, then let other people do, but you don't affect the customers that want to eat in Bojangles

This is my very first experience with Bojangles. And apparently, very last. 1. Drive thru is being crawl thru. 30 minutes in the line with 3 cars ahead. 2. Food is not eadible, really.
