Was having such a crummy day until I walked into this fine establishment. Arms Wide Open by CREED was blasting on the speakers and all was right with the world. Food was great and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back

employees at this location are always aggravated and rude as can be. i pulled up a full hour before closing tonight, to see two employees sitting at a table playing on their phones. i then tried to order a bacon egg & cheese and was told their grill is turned off…. no suggestion or mention of what they COULD make since they’re clocked in goofing off. i, myself, work in food service so it takes a LOT for me to complain….. but ya’ll need to get it together or get a different job if you’re gonna take your attitude out on paying customers. if you’re gonna shut the kitchen down early, shut the store down. simple.
I came to this Bojangles today anticipating a 3pc dinner and the gentleman told me that he unfortunately was out of wings at the moment, it would be about a 15 minute wait…. No worries, I ordered something else. He not only apologized for not having what I originally wanted but he provided a discount without me even asking. It’s truthfully the little things when it comes to fast food service. From beginning to end, he was quick, prompt, and polite! Shout out to the manager John!
