Best chicken! Always fresh. The store is very clean. The cleanest I’ve seen a fast food restaurant. The manger is nice and professional. This is a great location if you want hot fresh food.

I feel like the waiting in the Drive-Thru has gotten worse than ever. You could be waiting for one thing and the guy in front of you have bought like a 50 pack and you wind up waiting for like 10 minutes. On top of that for some reason they stopped putting Cajun spices on things and now everything is super bland. Quality has definitely gone downhill.

The girl who helped me, (I hope I'm spelling this right), Imani, was super nice and made sure I was taken care of. Probably the best experience I've ever had in a Bojangles well done guys

Not sure what magic they have here but they served me the most perfectly done BoRounds I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside, and piping hot. Would go out of my way to hit this location.

There hasn't been a single time where I have ordered food from this location and my order be correct. I order extra seasoning on the fries and I get literally no seasoning. I asked for bo-sized fries and there were none in my box. Another time I wanted bo-berry biscuits and it was completely missing from my order. This location needs serious intervention.
Emoni their manager admits they close the store location early before posted hours. Tried to get the name of their franchisee owner and she refused and claimed ignorance. I wouldn’t spend a dollar of my hard earned money with this mickey mouse operation and neither should you, check the other reviews of this location

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your location at 840 E Chatham St, Cary, NC 27511, and to request that appropriate attention be given to this matter.
On [insert date], I visited the drive-thru and ordered a 4-piece chicken dinner with lemonade. I was charged around $10.87, and I paid $11. While I did receive a meal with 4 pieces, it was not what I ordered — I was given a 3-piece Supreme dinner (which includes chicken strips) along with honey mustard sauce, which I never requested and do not consume. I specifically asked for lemonade, but was given sweet tea instead.
Due to the delay in the drive-thru and being in a hurry, I did not check the order until later. But what’s more upsetting than the wrong meal is the way I was treated when I contacted the store.
The next day, I called and also visited the location. The lady at the cash counter was rude, dismissive, and acted suspiciously. She cross-questioned me, raised her voice, and made me feel as though I was being dishonest — rather than treating me like a valued customer. There was no apology, no effort to make it right, and certainly no respect shown.
While the meal cost was a small loss, the bigger issue here is that I left feeling disrespected and humiliated. I received my 4 pieces, but lost my dignity in the process — which no one should have to experience over a simple food order.
I sincerely hope you will look into the service quality at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and integrity.

Gave us the wrong order and we were charged extra for white meat we didn’t receive
Terrible. We waited forever for the food and the employees were super rude. Everyone behind the counter was lethargic. They gave us out food after 30 minutes for 3 meals and they forgot half the things and we were in a rush. Employees also yelled at a costumer which was hard to watch. I love the chicken here but this experience was really bad
