I had my order stolen from a Grubhub worker and when I notified the manager she told me very rudely that it was a Grubhub issue even though she saw with her own eyes that the order was not fulfilled and that the previous person had stolen it. The customer service was horrible and the manager seemed as if she didn’t even want to figure out a way to resolve the issue since it was my money on the line. I will never order from here again they do not care about there customers or their money at all.

Michelle is a very rude manager and the employees are always tobusy chatting amongst each other and don’t acknowledge customers until you interrupt them when you want to order. I will go to another bojangles in the future

I came in tonight and the service was amazing!! The workers were extremely kind and friendly!
Food was fire, however, upon ordering a 12pc with a water and Pepsi, both medium, myself and the individual I ordered with discovered, to our dismay, we were shorted a chicken tender. Not only that, but our drinks were halfway full of ice and arguably had a higher ice to liquid ratio. This is disappointing to us. Food was good though. The chicken hit harder than prime Mike Tyson when you mention his daughter.
