I'm intentionally trying to expand my horizons beyond the national chains, which I love. BREW was amazing. Their roast was so light and delightful I didn't need any sweetener in my latte. The barista and team seemed genuinely happy to be serving up great coffee to the many clients that were there. One took such pride in her latte foam art she was excited to show it off. Great vibe!

Coffee was good, but unfortunately I was not a fan of the service. For one, there was no greeting so I didn't know if they were ready to take my order. Also, I am hard of hearing and it was quiet busy and loud in there and I guess the barista asked if I wanted it to go or for here and I only heard to go? And I said yes and was instantly met with a huge attitude like I was the rudest person ever. It will be hard for me to want to go back.

Stopped in for a coffee for the 1st time and was extremely disappointing with the service. The barrista was extremely slow! There were lots of people waiting and I watched him very carefully for the entire 27 minutes I waited for my coffee. He moved very slowly making every order while looking around the room and becoming distracted every time the door opened. They have the equipment to definitely make several coffees at once but he either hasn’t been trained to efficiently use them or just doesn’t care to. The only positive was that the coffee did taste good but it’s not worth going back.

Atmosphere is really good but coffee options for a “coffee bar” is very limited. Have to pay for milk alternative which sucks if you have an allergy, and no surgery free syrups if you have to watch sugar for personal or health reasons. Portion sizes for the price are also small.Also, service is very slow. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a quick cup of coffee. You won’t get it here. I’m glad I tried it, but I feel there are better more cost effective coffee shops in the area

Drinks were great but the service wasn't the best. We got a vanilla iced matcha and a rose water tonic! So yummy and the man who gave us our drinks was friendly. The woman taking our order seemed like she didn't want to be there and honestly I would say she was rude. This was our first time at this coffee shop but the barista made the interaction awkward because she was in a (what seemed to be) bad mood. I understand people have bad days but this is the service industry.

It took 15 minutes to get my latte and there was one person in front of me. I watched two girls finish their breakfast before they got their's and had to take it to go. The barista was just chilling talking to co-workers. The vibe is like it's inconvenient to take the orders or no staff truly wants to be there. For a Saturday morning, barely any customers. Sad because it could be so much better.

The coffee was better than most shops. The reason I cannot give a five star review is due to the customer service (not very friendly or informative) and they do t have half and half. They have all dairy and non-dairy options of a traditional coffee house, but no cream?! Are you kidding me? Otherwise, not a bad spot if you don't mind not having cream in your coffee.

I'm always on the hunt for coffee shops that make their own syrups and haven't been able to find once since moving to NC. I got a lavender honey latte and it was perfect! It's an hour and 40 minutes from where I live but I will definitely be coming back!

As I wait for my coffee, for a particularly long time, I decide to look at the shop’s reviews. Wish I had looked at them before I ordered. I agree that the service is extremely slow. I also agree that the person taking orders does not like people. I chose this because it was closer than another coffee shop. Next time I will go elsewhere. I have been here multiple times over the years and have never been impressed but the service today was so slow. The prices are high and the sizes are smaller than other coffee shops.
Very slow service. Stopped by on my way to work, probably won't do that again very much. The coffee is good and staff are nice though! Just took 10+min for an iced drink....
