Arrived on a packed Friday night. Ordered wings, and pizza.
First order was wet news paper buffalo wings. (Not well done, crispy just boiled it seems) ordered drinks that came in a tall glass not in whisky glasses like it’s supposed too. Second order it was a pizza with shrimp and the dough was still moving… no crunch, crust just burnt. Order a drink as well… AGAIN in a tall glass FULL OF SODA! The server took forever to bring plates never received them. Along with the request for water. I thought this was a stone pizza eatery but i was mistaken.

We are Brixx regulars, but I was very disappointed in the Italian meatballs. They are highly processed and taste terrible! I used to love the meatballs with polenta so I thought I’d try these. I’m going back to wings or a salad. Very disappointed.
What a great experience , food and service!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot really provide a review, as we were not served. We were seated, but then ignored. A group seated after us ordered and had drinks while we waited for service. No one even looked our way. Could it be because our table of two was mixed race? Surely not. My companion was embarrassed. Looked like a lively place and good food selection; we were not afforded an opportunity to try anything. A host chewing on a toothpick is not a good look either.

July’ 24. The stars are for the service. Nice place, nice people. It was a reasonable price point and a varied menu. We were looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, nothing that we were served was palatable. I had the rustica pizza and despite containing no seafood, it had a strong taste of the ocean, not just briney and salty, but something else oddly sour & unpleasant. Both our pizzas were incredibly salty and the salad was doused in a dressing of what look like feta in a mystery liquid. It wasn’t good. The vegetables underneath the dressing were fresh, but it was way too much work to try & find any not covered in yogurt balm. It’s a real shame, we wanted this as a regular after movie spot. I’m mind blown at how you can possibly destroy the palate on simple salad & pizza. It’s too bad, but we won’t risk a return.

Stopped on a whim today so that we didn't go into Publix hungry ?
The atmosphere is so nice. Decor is great. Plenty of TVs to watch Copa And Eoro Soccer games. Outside patio is done well.
Food was great!
Service was even better. Thanks Parker for your amazing sweet tea (don't ask how much sugar they use??♀️)
Only privately owned Brixx in the area. All others are franchised. And it shows.

I just wanted to start by saying how much I appreciated our waiter Michael. When we were seated, there were half full to-go cups that he immediately apologized and cleaned up. Michael was super attentive and was very polite with our entire experience at Brixx. We came o na Tuesday which I believe is trivia night and it got pretty loud for a Tuesday night. Michael was patient with our order amd even took his time explaining the questions we had. I’ve been to many restaurants during after hours and have never once met a waiter this patient. The food was absolutely amazing. Given that I am a food critic, i ordered a variety of food. To start, the pizza was amazing. We got the speciality pizza and the mix of meats were delectable along the thin crust as well as sauce ratio and toppings ratio. There wasn’t an ingredient that fully took over the pallet. The wings came in a sauce (bourbon barbecue) that was tangy as well as savory which were cooked outstandingly. The meat fell right off the bone and the ranch was the perfect sauce to pair with it. The pasta was cooked to perfection and unlike many red sauces given nowadays, this red sauce did not engage my sensitive acid reflux. The Cesar salad was surprisingly plated on a big plate which gave it the affect of what some would call “getting scammed” but was filling and has compliments of every component of a Caesar salad. The tangy, savory filling of cream, and stochastic notes of pepper was a delight. Overall I recommend this restaurant for a delectable quick bite.

Brixx Wood Fired Pizza in Cary, NC, is an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a diverse range of options, making it easy to find something for everyone in the family.
We ordered the kids pepperoni pizza with pineapple, the spicy shrimp pizza, and the sweet Thai pizza. Each dish was a masterpiece in its own right. The kids' pizza was a hit, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the pineapple with the savory pepperoni. It was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used, and the wood-fired crust was crispy and delicious.
The spicy shrimp pizza was a flavor explosion. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the combination of spices gave the pizza a wonderful kick without being overwhelming. The sweet Thai pizza was equally impressive, with its unique blend of sweet and savory flavors. The sauce was exquisite, and the toppings were generous and well-distributed.
Overall, our experience at Brixx was fantastic. The staff was attentive, the service was prompt, and the pizzas were nothing short of amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning for more. Brixx Wood Fired Pizza has earned a place as one of our favorite spots in Cary!
