The bagels are great and so is the service. I’m just really disappointed that I can’t order online at specifically this location. I work nearby this location and everytime I want a bagel I remember 1. I cant rack up rewards at all here 2. I can’t order ahead to save me time on my breaks. It’s really frustrating and I hope it changes to accept online orders soon. Otherwise, great place to eat.

If you want an original NY style bagel, this is the place. I'm from NY so I know a good bagel when I get one. Delicous bagels, many cream cheese selections and good varieties of coffee. Friendly service with plenty of tables in a relaxing environment.

Love Bruegger's! Their bagels are so good! My favorite is the Bacon, Avocado, Tomato! I would definitely recommend. Just a head's up they are busy on the weekends so be prepared to wait. It is worth it though.

Bagels were just eh. All bagels were not supposed to be toasted, however, the sandwich bagel was toasted.

Oh, Bacon Scallion Where Art Thou?

We traveled out most Saturdays
Easy customers to please
Ordering asiago Parmesan
With bacon scallion cheese

Both Breuggers long-time customers
Though with some consternation
The bagels now a smaller size
Examples of shrinkflation

But then came Breuggers final straw
That broke its bagels back:
Our beloved bacon scallion cheese
Received the corporate sack

Oh, somewhere in fabled bagel land
The menu is complete
They're serving bacon scallion
The bagels can't be beat

And customers are happy
And even sing and shout
But there is no joy at Breuggers
Bacon scallion has struck out.

You guys have been killing the bagel game in Cary for decades. Long time patron.

But the new policy of charging for a cup of water is not cool. Charge me for water and then always prompt for tip on my $30 bagel takeout order… don’t be so greedy and serve your customers.

My friends and I eat here one or twice a month and generally love it. My one complaint is that they never have peppered bacon for the breakfast bagels any more. It’s shown in all the pictures of breakfast bagels, but never is available. Please bring it back.
