First time visiting this location. Didn't even know it was here cos it's way out of my neighborhood.It's in the upper corner of a strip mall and because it's at the corner they have space on both sides so pretty big inside. We were getting our order to go, but from what we could see it looked really clean. The only thing is they had the AC on and it was quite cold.Lots of fresh bagels and friendly service.

Probably would not return, me and my father stopped by around breakfast time. The staff were pushy and rude.One recommendation I have, sell a variety of coffees. Due to the fact that they sell bagels, and bagels are eaten in the morning. Most of the time, like me and my father, people drink coffee in the mornings and I would like to pick up a latte and their bagel at the same time.

My teen daughter works in the same plaza as Bruegger's. A few weeks ago, she was in an early-morning car accident on her way to work, right in front of this Bruegger's. She was shaken up and crying when she called us, and we jumped in our car to get to the scene. When we got there just a few minutes later, she had tears in her eyes and a bag of warm bagels and hot coffee. She told us that the workers at Bruegger's must have seen/heard the accident, because soon after, an employee CAME OUT WITH FREE BAGELS & COFFEE FOR HER!As a mom, that brought a tear to my eyes!! Literally the best customer service/human kindness I have seen in YEARS. Thank you Bruegger's!! ❤️

Same as other reviews. Had a good experience in past but they changed. Again they just don't seem to read notes and make what you ask for and a few people have said the same thing. I called to have them rectify this and was met with major attitude. The sand which did not have one of the 3 toppings at all and I had to pay for it, and it just doesnt taste like what you want when its missing things entirely and you pay good money for it. I got hung up on by staff, plus the GM. Yolanda is the only person there that has a clue but still she could not make it right. People, just read the notes, and put the ingredients on, that's all we want and pay good money for.Vegetarian options: Lots of crisp, fresh yummy veggies to add to your bagel sandwhich and tons of yummy creamcheesy toppings.mmmmmm

The person preparing 2 simple sandwiches with specifc instructions failed twice. She insisted that I move to the cash register to pay while she was building the sandwiches. I should have watched her. I will never go to this store again.
Bagels were good to great. People working were kind, energetic and acted like they cared about the product and service. I've been here before and they are always this way. Ambiance was nice. Place was clean. I would play music a little louder to add to it.

After good experiences a few times, they just highly disappointed me this last time I went there. Bagels were clearly not up to the mark. They accepted that their Owen was broken and they got bagels from some other bakery. I would not expect that from a place like Bruegger’s.Two starts only based on my past experience!

This was a wonderful Breakfast. For my kids and I. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.We got ham, cheese, egg on jalapeño (very good), cinnamon and sugar with cream cheese, and plain with cream cheese (we tried the strawberry cream cheese, but weren’t fans).I would have loved if there were more coffee choices (black or with cream and sugar is your choice).1 sandwich, 2 bagels, 1 orange juice $23Kid-friendliness: There was plenty for the kids, the seating is big enough and spacious enough that they aren’t a bother to other patrons.
