The staff came across as dismissive and unprofessional throughout our visit. Our drinks were prepared without being called out when ready, while employees spent much of their time chatting with each other and using their phones instead of attending to the cafe. At one point, a guest informed two staff members that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper; they acknowledged it, then looked at each other and laughed sarcastically, and no one addressed the issue. When we later asked a simple question about the fireplace, the response was curt and irritated, with staff saying it had been off for years. To cap it off, one of the female employees later burped loudly behind the counter. Overall, the service felt inattentive, immature, and unfriendly, which significantly detracted from the experience.

I had such a lovely experience today! The lady working today at the window was so kind and caring - she greeted me with a genuine smile and made my morning feel brighter. The cappuccino was perfect too - rich, smooth, and just the right amount of foam. You can really tell when someone makes your drink with care. Definitely coming back!

I’ve stopped by here a few times on my way to work and my experiences with the employees every time were not pleasant. Not one of them smiled at me and they could barely be bothered to even look at me. it’s 7 in the morning and I am the only customer. I don’t understand why I can’t be treated to a friendly atmosphere when grabbing coffee and instead start my day with an off putting feeling. If there was another coffee place with a drive through on my way to work I would choose it over this one any day.
10/10 they make me a large cookies and cream, somehow the person serving me is always Ryder and they always do fantastic. The whole crew is really nice too

Family used to be regulars here, amazing crew and they made great drinks. The last few weeks however their air conditioner doesnt work and its either very hot or very cold and I feel like either they're doing terrible as a company or just dont care about their customers.
