This was really good! The customer service was also great! I had strawberry fields and ube sweet potato flavored ice cream. The koi fish was so good! It was my first time, and I definitely plan to come back!
I love how cute this place is. They have flavors you won't find easily anywhere else. They have generous sampling. They offer new flavors and the ability to purchase premade pints if you are in love with a limited edition flavor. Last time I went I was grateful they don't give overly large portions because I would be tempted to eat it all and I'd be freezing ?. It cheers me up the way they have a Japanese vibe going on. I stopped by here when I was visiting my sister on Raleigh. She had taken my parents here a few months prior, and I was told it is a must visit. Everyone was right. The koiyaki with ube ice cream was phenomenal, and the staff was very friendly. Side note, the individual lactaids for sale at the counter were a nice touch. My delicate stomach was infinitely grateful for it that evening.
