Turtle mocha is good. But mine doesn’t have whipped cream as the picture in the menu.The muffins are yummy but a little too sweet.They also have cosy corner inside.Parking: We came here in the morning and there was no more parking spot.

Dirty! Bathrooms out of order. Floors and tables were filthy, may not have been cleaned in weeks! Outlets do not work with the exception of a couple outlets. Avoid this location!In reply, I did email customerrelations, response was less than I would expect. I've asked customerrlations to let me know when the location improves on their cleanliness and has working restrooms, otherwise I will not be visiting this Caribou Coffee agian.

Caribou normally has better coffee than Starbucks, but if they can't, with their eccentricities, implement customer-friendly store polices, what's the point in trying to be different?We bought a $6 turtle mocha and a (warm) bottle of water and couldn't even get a cup of ice to cool the water.My advice? If you want Caribou coffee, go to the store in Brier Creek. If you want something convenient and enjoyable in Cary, go to Esteamed or BREW downtown.It's a shame, because their brown leather chairs and decor are so much better than their store policies or service, and the ceramic tumbler I bought at this very store, in 2010, is my favorite coffee cup for home use.

Starbucks is NOTHING compared to this, caribous coffee is better their specialty drinks are better. Their staff is a million times better. I can honestly say say after going here, it’s a little further of a drive but I will NEVER go to Starbucks again.
