Should not accept a birthday party of 20+ people on a Saturday night. The tables were full and not enough wait staff and obviously kitchen staff to get orders out. Table of 6 next to us waited over an hour for their food....ours came out after 30 minutes. The noise was uncomfortable. Ashley did a great job in serving us but she was harried and concerned about the wait time to get food to her tables. Food was presented beautifully and it was delicious, but we won't return...
First time visiting Chef's Palette. The food is really good! We had apps, entrees, cocktails, and dessert, and enjoyed everything. Unfortunately, they had a system glitch on the day of our reservation and were significantly overbooked. That added to the total service time as we didn't get our dinner until 90 minutes after we sat down. Servers were very honest about the issue though and worked hard to deliver a good experience for everyone who was affected. I'm sure...
Was visiting our son and daughter in-law in the RDU area. The Chefs Palate exceeded our expectations. Was celebrating our daughter in-laws birthday, everyone was impressed with the quality of service. Dinner was prepared & presented exceptionally well. Will defiantly return on our next visit.
