All the normal greatness but they took their playground out and there’s a recent-ish photo on Google with it so that’s always disappointing. Unlike other chick fil as, if you order from the app they don’t bring it to your table, you have to wait in this pick up area- a pain with little kids. - especially little kids not being distracted with a playground.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this one has always been a tricky one. I think the location and design of Crossroads overall is crazy but if you go at lunch, expect a long wait in the drive-thru, especially with people who block the drive-thru exit. Inside can be chaotic at times, too. It's a super busy location that really needs to expand. Too bad they didn't buy the old Pier One and destroy it for extra parking and redesigning the overall drive thru.

Went in to try the peach shake everyone's raved about. Wasn't impressed. The nuggets are PHENOMENAL though. The line's long, but they move you fast. It'll still take a while during peak hours. LOVE the Chick-fil-A sauce. Bought some at the grocery store
