Prompt service. Kind staff. Clean and welcoming facility. We enjoyed our crafted treats. I had the apple pie flavored and it was fantastic. Absolutely delicious! We will visit here again!

The staff did not look very happy working there. At one point we asked to taste the chocolate ice cream and a co-worker mentioned that they were running out of chocolate. However, she could have at least let us taste what was left.

Anyway...we ordered a Love It Strawbery ice cream with mini chocolate chips. I'd like to know - where are the chocolate chips? At least let me see some?? I mean, they're not that expensive, right?

Bad management.
Came here frequently until today. A popular app sent my order to a store 20 miles away. When I got here and noticed, the manager refused to honor the order. He said the stores are separate. He wanted me to cancel the other order and reorder. When I couldn’t cancel the order, he said I’d have to pay.
So his first recommendation was to cancel an order the other store already made and shaft a fellow franchisee for the sale. No surprise he wouldn’t be gracious and lose $3 dollars worth of (overpriced) product to keep a customer from losing $22.
To top it off, He didn’t even have the decency to tell me himself by phone and made the teenager behind the counter tell me.
Given how understaffed he keeps this place, often with only one teenager covering busy shifts by herself (I don’t see many male employees at this location) I’m not entirely surprised at this outcome.
The kids do a great job, so I’m mostly writing this so the manager’s franchise bosses will see the complaint he didn’t have the integrity to accept in person.

The owner keeps the tips , worst person i know greedy isnt even close to what he is , he steals all the employe tips. Every person that works there tells me to not tip cause only the owner gets the tips.

9:40-9:45pm 6/29- the young man who “served” us was not only exceptionally rude the entire interaction, but concluded by insulting my husband’s physical appearance to him, out loud as we were leaving. So maybe only go to this location if you’d like to pay to be insulted.

Extremely disappointment with the experience my friend and I had during our visit to this Cold Stone Creamery location last night. Unfortunately, the service we received from one of your employees, Tristian, was far below the standard we have come to expect from your establishment.

Upon entering the store, we were met with complete disregard from Tristian, who failed to acknowledge us and appeared visibly irritated throughout our interaction. His rushed demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It seemed as though he was in a hurry to expedite our transaction without any regard for customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, after completing our purchase and moving to the breezeway area, we observed Tristian throwing chairs around in the lobby, which was both concerning and unprofessional. While I understand that everyone has their off days, such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.

Not only was the quality of our purchase subpar, but the disrespectful attitude displayed by Tristian tainted our overall perception of Cold Stone Creamery. As loyal customers, we expect better treatment and service.

I urge you to address this issue promptly, whether it involves providing additional training or checking on Tristian's well-being. It is imperative that all employees uphold the values of professionalism and hospitality that your brand represents.

In conclusion, I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that you will take the necessary actions to improve customer experiences at your establishment.

I didn’t like any ice creams here. They are so sweet, the waffles are not crispy. No flavors I really want to taste so far. I threw my butter pecan ice cream away, felt like eating a sugar piece.

Came in on an afternoon and nobody was there. I soon found out why. They had almost nothing and were even out of bananas. You’re going into a weekend and don’t have any bananas? You’re a freaking ice cream store. Hire some competent management please.
