Cookout rarely disappoints. Staff has always been friendly and the food is good and pretty consistent. Still a decent value compared to other fast food places these days.
Historically, this Cook Out has been real good and had good food. It is only a short distance from my daughter’s house. They eat there quite often. Last week when I was there, I was craving one of their hamburgers so my wife and granddaughters and I all went there. I ordered the large hamburger with various toppings and onion rings and other things for my wife and granddaughters. When we got home and I went to open up my hamburger, it was a chicken burger. Had old lettuce on it. To boot it didn’t taste that good. Very disappointed. Might give them one more chance because of past experience, but if they are this careless with their orders now then will probably go elsewhere in the future. Maybe they have new staff that doesn’t care anymore? I do know when we used to drive by there months ago the line was always backed up to the street. When we were there last week, there was only a couple cars so maybe others are experiencing the same disappointments? In fact, the few times we drove by there I don’t remember seeing any cars backed up ever this last weekend.

I ordered the quesadilla plate—chicken and beef, with an extra chicken quesadilla. There was hardly ANY meat, just cheese. I was very disappointed.

everytime i get a cheese quesadilla they put beef in it or chicken when i clearly say cheese, and the receipt also says “cheese quesadilla” 💔

It's Cookout fast-food, so don't expect anything crazy fancy. The lines can be long and awkwardly run, but the staff is usually pretty organized and quick (I usually get drive through). The food is a good quality and amount for the price. The milkshakes are a must have with a ton of delicious options.
Cook Out doesn't pretend to be anything it isn't. You go there for the price to quality ratio (excellent) and the diverse milkshake options. There's no inside but there is a walk up window, but let's be clear, you're probably just using one of the two drive thru windows.

Unfortunately, this last time I just went, wasn’t perfect as usual. The food may have been rushed during the time I went, which in their defense was lunch hour, but unfortunately, within an hour did not feel good milkshakes were top-notch as usual though

Cook Out is always delicious. Beef quesadillas, chocolate peanut butter shake and their burgers and fries….oh my! They are a drive-thru or walk up place.

Yesterday, we have horrible food cookout. Burgers, we do not have whole meat inside, meat was been frozen.
