Crema Coffee Roaster & Bakery

I have been in this shopping center so many times and i can't believe i didn't know about this coffee shop sooner! The inside was so warm and welcoming and there were a few tables inside and outside. What i loved most about this spot was all the delicious pastries they had to choose from. Everything they had sounded so good! I chose the adorable hello kitty shaped banana flavored madeleine and a raspberry white chocolate croissant, that i took to go. The also had another case that had cakes in them. But there were so many different croissant flavors that it was so hard to choose. I also ordered a small iced toasted s'mores latte, which was about $4.50 if i'm not mistaken. I typically like my drinks more sweet, but this drink had a stronger coffee taste in my opinion, but i still really enjoyed the drink. The only thing is that I really wish that their pastries would've had prices. I would've bought more had the prices been listed. I didn't want to bother the cashier of having to ask the price of certain items.

Coffee and food were ok, but vibe was definitely not great. Attitude was rough from the start, I was told rudely that they DO NOT put coffee in your reusable cup, like I was making a really weird request. No recycling, all-plastic stir sticks, sugar only in packages, so sustainability is not a priority. Weird to me for a coffee shop, but, you know, po-tay-to, po-tah-to. But, Holy Jesus, the attitude you get if you touch their janky roaster, which for some reason is positioned in the coffee house right next to the pick up counter, where, you know, people are going to stand to wait for their stuff. The thing is built like a tank, I don’t think me leaning on it is going to create problems. Crappy, unwelcoming experience. That is all.

My boyfriend and I come here every single weekend. The staff members are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
Shoutout to L and Marley for being so friendly and making such delicious coffees. Even if I’m not in the mood for a coffee per se but interested in a cookie, tea, or pastry I come to Crema. The staff members in combination with the delightful drinks makes this place a winner all around.
The espresso is so smooth and has a nice prominent flavor in any of the lattes I order. I recommend the caramel craze or a white chocolate mocha with macadamia nut. Their peanut butter chocolate coffee also blew me away with how good it was!

Wow! I got a peanut butter cup ice latte and it is DELICIOUS! 🤤 my friend got an ice chai latte with pumpkin spice and it tastes like fall in a cup!
There isn’t a lot of seating inside, but the outside seating is nice too. You will hear the Irish music from next door.
Definitely would want to come back and try their other flavors ☺️

Not as many food options/ selections as I'd like; but the service and atmosphere were fantastic. Thank you for the decaffeinated caramel vanilla coffee suggestion-- it was so good!
