First time visiting on St. Patrick’s Day, and the live music was fantastic—it really set a fun, festive vibe. Parking was also surprisingly easy, which was a nice bonus.
Unfortunately, the experience had some downsides. All drinks were served in small plastic cups, even when the menu listed larger sizes like a 20 oz beer. It was confusing and a bit frustrating, especially since I noticed other guests with proper beer and cocktail glasses. On top of that, the service was quite poor, which took away from the overall experience.
If you are looking to experience a traditional St. Patrick's day celebration, I would look elsewhere.

Seven adults and a baby on a Sunday afternoon. Fish and chips, burgers, shepherd's pie and a Philly cheesesteak were all delicious. This is my second time there & the second time I've been impressed with the food and service.

All our food was excellent. We have been here before. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. We plan to return. Our meals were Fish & Chips and Corned Beef and Cabbage. Also enjoyed the seafood bisque. Very delicious!!

Nice place, good food. You won't be disappointed. A little pricier but food is worth it.

Dropped with 6 friends. Accommodated our crowd, the waiter was very attentive, funny, and helped my friends (their first visit) with questions about the menu items. My family has been going there for years...always good food and a great experience.
Spend most Friday afternoons here with my mate from Australia. Great food, awesome service and always good drinks. Definitely a good Irish pub experience

Great staff and the food is better here, than the one in Apex. I always get the Shepherd's pie.

Just a couple of weeks ago I was completely unfamiliar with this establishment. I couldn't be more impressed. Very well organized. The food was great. The salmon was amongst the best I have ever had, as well as the Shepherd's pie. Service was attentive but not pushy. I have finally found a great Irish pub. Music on certain nights at different locations

Sit at the bar!! Food, beer on tap, service and regular patrons make Doherty's a favorite Friday night spot. Best Irish fare in the Triangle- fish and chips & bangers and mash are always solid. Smithwicks on tap every time we go.
Top notch, all-class pub.
Love me an Irish pub!
They had great beer mix options (snake bites, half And halfs).
The fish and chips fish was amazing. Their fries kind of suck but whatever.
The other food we ordered was excellent. Fun place to eat!
