As others have already pointed out, the manager is awful. She acts like she's still in high school.. passive-aggressive, cliquish, and clearly enjoys playing the bully. The other employees seem to follow her lead without question. While I was waiting (far longer than reasonable), I overheard her badmouthing one of the delivery drivers for no apparent reason, with the rest of the staff laughing along. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The service was incredibly slow, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a toxic break room than a place of business. I really hope the owner is paying attention, because this is unacceptable.

If you’re expecting the usual Dunkin sweet tea, avoid this location. No other location has given me the sour tea I’ve received from this location more than once.

The manager has such negative vibes..negative energy. She’s always unpleasant, it’s like as if she dislikes her job. She will be the reason why this franchise goes under. Such a turn off attitude. Ew.

this has become my regular dunkin spot and they are always very friendly and make my coffee delicious and flavorful!
Was Jonesing for coffee, so I stopped in. They were out of regular AND decaf. Not a big deal--I used to work at Starbucks, and when we ran out of coffee, we'd just pull a shot of espresso and add hot water. That's an Americano, but same basic thing as brewed coffee, quick to make, and keeps the customers happy.
I explained this, and the kid looked at me like I was speaking German. Then went and hid in the back. I left because...you make TWO THINGS, coffee and donuts. How are you out of one of the TWO things you sell? I went on here out of curiosity and my suspicions were confirmed. The coffee in the coal mine, lol.
Now that the Lowes is dead, they'll go quickly, I suspect.

This was my first time here ever it’s right down the road from my new job.. the employee that greated me with a sweet smile was polite and nice .. her manager however clearly was upset to be there and before I could finish saying hi back to the employee the manger very aggressively told me if I need to make an order to step aside and use a kiosk .. my bad for speaking to someone when they greet me !!! Maybe denote the manager and give it to the one wearing a smile .. what a terrible first impression… I’d like to add a description of the women .. short black hair.. or wig with some red on the top it seemed to look like…wearing a cobalt blue Dunkin shirt with black visor and she drives the white suv that was parked right in front of the store when I arrived .. don’t work in customer service with that attitude I just wanted coffee

I placed a mobile order this morning and when I went to go pick up my order in the drive thru one of the donuts had a strange item on it. It looked like mold but wither way I wasn’t gonna find out.

Check your orders before you leave. Ordered 25 box munchkins when I got home box felt light so counted and there were only 20. Not the biggest deal, but kind of annoying. I called to let them know of their error and no one picked up. Not worth driving all the way back there.

I do not recommend using the mobile app to order. They do not update it with items that are sold out (Starbucks does this). They offered a different item when I arrived. That’s fine, my only concern is that the item may not be equal value, and you have already paid ahead on the app.
I have stopped going to Dunkin as much over the last couple of years. Starbucks is just way better experience wise, quality and service.
