Check your orders before you leave. Ordered 25 box munchkins when I got home box felt light so counted and there were only 20. Not the biggest deal, but kind of annoying. I called to let them know of their error and no one picked up. Not worth driving all the way back there.

I do not recommend using the mobile app to order. They do not update it with items that are sold out (Starbucks does this). They offered a different item when I arrived. That’s fine, my only concern is that the item may not be equal value, and you have already paid ahead on the app.
I have stopped going to Dunkin as much over the last couple of years. Starbucks is just way better experience wise, quality and service.

This is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Even as the only car in the drive thru it takes 8-10 minutes. The people who work there aren’t friendly. I wish i had other Dunkin’s closer to my house.

Don’t go here they’re always having issues and the worst customer service ever. I came in to try to see if it’s open but it’s closed at 6 PM even though online it says open until 8 PM and there’s no sign whatsoever.

I came in at 6:30 today and I wanted to get some coffee and a doughnut and apparently they are closed, but even though online says it’s open and the worker looked at me and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me or closed and there’s not even a sign that says it’s closed even the drive-through nobody speaking saying it’s closed or anything. I waited in the drive-through for five minutes.

I mean, obviously it’s open but there’s no sign that it says it’s closed or nothing and I don’t know what’s going on, but there’s a bunch of workers inside and even in the drive-through they don’t even say it’s closed but yet they say online it’s open

Slowest drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. Almost backed up and left.

I was the only customer inside. The two employees were only concerned with drive thru and mobile orders. I stood at the counter and watched two mobile orders come in. The employee walked past the counter and did the mobile orders first. With her back to me, she told me to wait. I just walked out. I have no plans to go back.

egg sandwich had cold cheese on it. English muffin was not toasted. I asked them to warm it up and when they gave it back, the cheese was still cold. Hash browns were soggy. Our order was also missing one of the breakfast sandwiches
