The staff are nice... Mondays pretty busy due to it being a bonus point day. I don't like very bitter coffee (i.e. Staryucks) so I'm a Dunkin girl. But the $$$ keep going up 😩

I gave this location multiple chances, hoping the poor customer service was just an off day. Unfortunately, it’s a consistent pattern. I’ve now visited three times, and each time I’ve been met with rude, unfriendly service—especially from the woman who typically takes orders. She’s stern, which I can respect when it’s paired with professionalism, but her tone and attitude cross the line into hostility. Today, I finally spoke up and told her that shouting through the drive-thru microphone wasn’t necessary. Her excuse was that she was ā€œjust trying to understand me,ā€ but it felt more like frustration than a genuine struggle to hear. I’ve worked in customer service my entire career, and I know the difference between being direct and being disrespectful.

I really wanted to support this location. It’s close to home, but I can’t justify returning. After checking the reviews today, I see I’m not alone—this isn’t a one-off issue. It’s disappointing that the franchisee, George Ross, CEO of Coastal Franchising LLC Dunkin’ Donuts, hasn’t stepped in to address the ongoing complaints. With over 100 locations under his leadership, it’s not unreasonable to expect systems that ensure basic customer service standards are upheld. I’ll be driving the extra mile to the location 2.8 miles away, which has a 4.0 rating and treats customers with basic courtesy. If you value being treated with respect, I’d recommend doing the same.

I really enjoy the coffee here — it’s always fresh and tastes great! The staff is friendly and quick with orders. The only downside is that the curb area is a bit small, which can make it tricky during busy hours. Overall, still a great spot for a good cup of coffee!

Waited over 30 minutes for food and we order ahead via the app once there the screen said order was ready it wasn’t and we saw people that were walk-ins and we saw them order and got their food way before we did horrible service

Poor experience here unfortunately. Staff ignores customers, drinks sit for several minutes getting cold before anyone puts a lid on them to deliver them, and I was given the wrong size beverage (medium, I paid for a large). At nearly $5 for an Americano I’d rather go elsewhere.

Came into the store on Monday to place an order for 2 dozen donuts for my daughter’s birthday on Thursday. Tried calling multiple times the day before bc I wasn’t confident in the person who placed my order. Decided to show up extra early this morning and they didn’t have my order ready.
The lady said she saw the order but bc they didn’t have me pay she didn’t fill it. She told me I should have come in when she was here to get it done correctly. Apparently you can’t trust anyone else to complete your order. And she said the phones aren’t working so that’s why no one answered. Don’t recommend this location.

I've been to this location a handful of times. Once, I had a fine experience. The staff was friendly and the donuts were fine. Every time I've been since, I've experienced a grossly negative drive thru worker that takes out her own unhappiness and, im sure, regrettable life decisions, on poor unsuspecting customers. It appears her attempt is to give off some semblance of an heir of betterment or superiority, but its giving more pathetic and desperate for attention than anything. Anyway, I wont be going back. Dunkin would be better off without her.

Giving 5 stars on service alone - typical service from here is hit or miss - mostly miss - today I went through the drive thru and was immediately greeted and advised with apologies that service may be a little slow due to staffing. When I placed my order the gentleman noticed that I didn’t order a drink and kindly asked if I wanted to add one. When I pull through, he pleasantly greeted me and I jokingly asks if it was just him working - and sure enough it was - he was really doing it all WITH GRACE - I woulda never guessed it. I didn’t have to wait, he was pleasant to interact with, and my order was correct! Dunkin’s Go Ahead and properly compensate Ray for his services today - maybe pay him triple his rate plus some because he really went above and beyond! Thank you Ray!

As others have already pointed out, the manager is awful. She acts like she's still in high school.. passive-aggressive, cliquish, and clearly enjoys playing the bully. The other employees seem to follow her lead without question. While I was waiting (far longer than reasonable), I overheard her badmouthing one of the delivery drivers for no apparent reason, with the rest of the staff laughing along. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The service was incredibly slow, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a toxic break room than a place of business. I really hope the owner is paying attention, because this is unacceptable.
