Avoid the drive-thru at all costs! My brother went through and couldn’t even order for the both of us before being cut off and told to pull forward. Their customer service needs some serious work like other reviews have mentioned.
Only come through if you’re a psychic that knows what they have in stock and can order at the speed of light.

I'm seriously disappointed! Getting coffee and food out is a treat or it's supposed to be. I can't believe what I paid for and what I got. Not to mention this is fast food and the prices are ridiculous but to pay 5:39 a each for two medium hot signature lattes and they are both not hot no whip cream with whatever is on the picture on the sign and it's not even filled up is unacceptable! Such a waste of money.

This establishment is horrendous, the lack of professionalism and customer service is astounding!!!! I am not surprised though because the manager Abby was the source of the unprofessionalism and common decency! After getting my order wrong, Abby’s attitude was that she couldn’t be bothered as I was an inconvenience and not worthy of her time to get my order right! After spending my hard earned dollars you would think I would be treated with some common courtesy!!!! Stay a way if you want to be treated with respect you won’t find it at this DD! Never coming here again!!!!

Missing the egg on the wake up wrap. Munchkins were thrown into a wet bag. Sat at the window for at least 10 minutes. Horrible service at window. Will not return. Worst dunkin experience I’ve had in a long time. This store needs work.

I stop by Dunkin this morning April 25, 2025 on Hwy 55 on my way to work to get me the meal deal because my co-worker was talking about how good it was. I was very disappointed. When I got to work and pull my meal out to eat the hash brown was burnt some were black burnt. You knew before you put those hash brown in my bag that they were burnt I couldn't eat them and I paid my money for good customer service. This is poor customer service. You had a grade of 99 so I know your business was clean. This is my first time going to Dunkin ( I usually goes to Bojangles) and this has given me a negative impression. When I gave you my money for a meal I wasn't looking for burnt food. You should of throw them out once you had cooked them and had burnt them and not service them the customer. Put yourself in the customer place you would of been very upset not unless you love to eat burnt food. Very dissatisfy customer.

I am astonished to see ANY favorable reviews for this location (much less the current 4 stars). Yet, I see several reviews that are much in line with my experiences and observations. I have visited this site three times this year (2025). Twice in early March and once in mid-April. On the first visit, I walked in to find only one customer at the counter. Once their business was concluded, and they departed, it took fully two minutes before any of the four staff members behind the counter to acknowledge my presence and take my order (again, I was the only person standing on the customer side of the counter). I received my coffee, stepped outside, took a sip, and found the drink tepid at best. Second visit... I was the only patron inside the establishment when I entered, and it still took them over a minute to greet and take my order (this time, I only saw three employees behind the counter). I was finally able to conclude my transaction and felt that the cup was warm enough. Yea! Feeling confident (despite the poor service), I drove off. When I did take a sip, I found that the coffee was stale. Stale stale. Grey colored and bitter. Last visit... I walked in, the better part of a minute, behind two Cary police officers. When I entered, they were the only other customers in the store and, somehow, already had their coffees in hand. I never witnessed any collection of payment, which led me to believe that the transaction had been concluded. At this point, I expected the dirty blonde woman behind the counter to take my order. But no, she decided that it was better to have an extended social discourse with the tall, lanky cop, while the rather short cop played with his phone. After about a minute of this, I exited and will not be back. Especially since I noticed the Less-Than-Stellar health department grade posted by the drive through window. Once in the parking lot, I googled the nearest DD and received proper service and product there.

This review specifically for this business owner please note down we had a Very worst service at here and the staff who work there they all are so rude and doing ridiculous job not giving respect for anyone I strongly recommend for the coustomers please don’t go over there because you won’t get respect and you will kick it off from them right away if you’re siting there for more than 30 mins that’s what they for us ..and if they do like this no one come to that place and you won’t gay business you have to close the place soon because of the staffs … I own the restaurant till the business is going so good because of the coustomers only they only make u good business man not a staff at all ..

Just left the store after standing at the register for several minutes without being greeted and without my order being taken. The coffee is too overpriced (with constant price increases) to also deal with a lack of customer service. I will not be returning.
