Went inside to purchase breakfast but nobody greeted us nor served us. Left without buying anything and won't be back.

Terrible,,, got my coffee wrong twice, its not just the coffee
Its the customers time and money wasted ..

I would give zero stars if I could, my order is never correct. They all have an attitude. New management is needed.

Horrible. Management is cutting costs with shrinkflation. Ordered Latte and got 50% foam. Showed them and got a do over with 30% foam. Gave up and left. Go with SB, much better.

12/20/24 - 8:30 am. Went through Drive-Thru to order a dozen donuts. Their response "we don't have any donuts". Said they are making them and it would be 1-hour. You have one job...fail! This location is just so bad. Dunkin' should do something, it's hurting their brand and reputation.

Put in a mobile order at 3:20 for a drink and 6pc hashbrown, drink was ready but I didn't get the hashbrown till around 3:50. Even then, they didn't give me the right amount of hasbrowns, they got me less. Plus they were overcooked! It wasn't busy because it was a weekday but it took forever!

The worst bagel I’ve ever had. The everything bagel looked like a plain bagel with barely any seasoning, and they barely spread any cream cheese, it covered less than 1/4 of the bagel. I wish I was exaggerating.

Every so often I try to get an iced coffee here, (big Starbucks girl), they get the order wrong. Too many times spent returning or waiting to get the drink remade. Never have donuts when there’s something special going on, I’ve gone in and they still manage to mess it up. My drink is on their menu…how hard is it to get it right! Hoping it is random but it’s literally every time.

I'm addicted. I know it. My favorite stores are Green Level Church Rd. and Apex Perry Rd. Both places know how to treat customers right.
The coffee is made just how I like it.

The one coffee which I never want to miss is the vannila latte. I have not had anything like it any where else.

The service here was wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The egg white and veggie bites are tasty and they have plant-based milk for coffee.

Used to come here a bunch for the coffee, but it was always hit or miss when they made the coffee. Now i order donut and snackin bacon and grab coffee elsewhere

the drive through person with darker hair was nice but there was a blonde inside yelling about how i wanted two separate bills instead of one. drive thru sign is definitely needed, i came here for the past so many years and didn’t know it had a drive through. like these comments say, the staff should be nicer.
