I had never tried Ethiopian food before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was warm, welcoming, and offered great recommendations that really enhanced the experience. This food truck has quickly become one of my top three favorites. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend you give it a try too!

The lentils had so much flavor and a little heat (but it dissipates quickly) and the beets and cabbage were also very tasty. Check them out if you get a chance!
I had the Merkato special, and it was excellent. Both the food & the service were top notch, and I cannot wait to have it again.
