May is amazing! Super friendly, quick, and efficient! The food is always great and the restaurant is always clean. This is one of the few locations I actually frequent and get consistently great service!

COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I COME BACK - Disrespectful Owner
Ownership of this store changed a couple years ago. The previous manager was super nice! I called ahead to get my sub and when I got there there was a bit of a line. I go to the takeout cash register only to be told that that one is not working. The guy told me I would be next to be rung out as the owner was on the register. After he handled the next three orders, I went and got the owner and explained my situation. She looks at me put out that I disturbed her wiping down the kitchen and proceeded to tell me I should have got the app so I could prepay. Clearly, she doesn't know who the customer is.
I live super close to this store but I won't be back!!!!!

I ordered online to be picked up at 8:40 pm ,got to Fire house sub to pickup sub and the bread was hard on one side and soggy on the other and very cold.

I absolutely love coming to this place! Always have, but tonight was different. I had a young lady, who seemed to be the manager, wait on me this evening. I paid just under $13 for a BYO medium sub that ONLY consist of pepperoni, cheese and marinara. I paid a very fair price, 2 days ago. But she wasn't trying to understand. Where I was coming from. So I just gave up. How is Pastrami, ham, ect. and TUNA cheaper, by $3? And mind you, I've been in this industry for 25 years..... so it definitely just doesn't seem right to me, AT ALL. But I will be back for everyone else, because they are GREAT!!!!!! They are a huge part of the reason why I come back! Consistently.
