I ordered online about 815 on a sat night. . I arrived and upon entry I was immediately greeted and asked if I had an online order. My food was ready and prepared perfectly. The sandwich tasted great and was perfectly made with all ingredients on the sub and not everywhere else. Looked just like the one in the commercial. Lol Great product and service !

COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I COME BACK - Disrespectful Owner
Ownership of this store changed a couple years ago. The previous manager was super nice! I called ahead to get my sub and when I got there there was a bit of a line. I go to the takeout cash register only to be told that that one is not working. The guy told me I would be next to be rung out as the owner was on the register. After he handled the next three orders, I went and got the owner and explained my situation. She looks at me put out that I disturbed her wiping down the kitchen and proceeded to tell me I should have got the app so I could prepay. Clearly, she doesn't know who the customer is.
I live super close to this store but I won't be back!!!!!

I absolutely love coming to this place! Always have, but tonight was different. I had a young lady, who seemed to be the manager, wait on me this evening. I paid just under $13 for a BYO medium sub that ONLY consist of pepperoni, cheese and marinara. I paid a very fair price, 2 days ago. But she wasn't trying to understand. Where I was coming from. So I just gave up. How is Pastrami, ham, ect. and TUNA cheaper, by $3? And mind you, I've been in this industry for 25 years..... so it definitely just doesn't seem right to me, AT ALL. But I will be back for everyone else, because they are GREAT!!!!!! They are a huge part of the reason why I come back! Consistently.
