Food is always good, but the staff… man. They could use some work. They always seem so irritated and inconvenienced by your very presence. The person at the register was literally drinking a smoothie while we were ordering, and stopped to check her phone. The person making the sandwiches was texting when we got in and I did NOT see them wash their hands or change gloves before they started our order. Upon entry, there was no acknowledgement for a solid 3-5 minutes. It did not feel like I was a priority. The food tasted ok, but the price was steep for the very small sub that I recieved.

I got a gift card for Christmas and I wasn’t expecting much from a sandwich shop but that sandwich was good. I was nervous because two teenagers made it but they did their thing. I got the Jamaican jerk turkey. 10/10 will get it again.
