This place is an amazing local gem! We're a homeschool family and we just read the story of the little red hen, so I told my kiddos , this is where the little red hen has her grain milled! Lol They were SO excited! We got to try some DELICIOUS carrot cake and some other goodies and left with some loaves of fresh bread and some fresh milled flour to include in our baking 😋. I absolutely LOVE knowing that we're helping to support a local business that is firm on feeding...
Great bread and treats! The scones, muffins, and cinnamon rolls are my favorite. Particularly the chocolate chip scone and the apple cinnamon muffin when they have it.

Love the Cary Great Harvest! Always courteous, professional service and an outstanding selection of delicious breads, pastries, and even a terrific lunch menu at this bakery! AND hands down, the absolute best Biscottis! I’ve tried them at other bakeries in Cary and Raleigh and IMHO non surpass these. Better get there early tho— they’ll sell out!!
