Tried Hanks for the first time and was so impressed! The food was amazing and our server Michael was fantastic. He was super attentive and took the time to explain the menu and helped clarify any menu items that had gluten. The restaurant is very friendly for folks who can't have gluten and the atmosphere was nice for a date night. Highly recommend!
My wife and I finally got the chance to try Hanks in downtown Cary and I'm kicking myself for waiting this long. I'll start with the food. It's absolutely amazing. The presentation is what you'd expect from a Michelin star restaurant and the flavors on each dish had me mind blown. The ceviche is the best I've ever had. Spectacular is not good enough, four of us ordered the beets, elotedia, fried chicken and hanger steak. Nothing disappointed, the fried green beans were the eclectic surprise, but everything was awesome. Brittany did a fabulous job, perfectly attentive but not over bearing. Will dine here again!
