i live in charlotte nc. After spending a sunday in Raleigh I was craving kbbq. And i knew cary had a good population of koreans. Went there around 4-430 nobody was there eating. First sign of it might not be good. Then about 20min later another couple went in. We order the “signature “ pork belly and beef bulgogi. The pork was way to thick to cook. It was 30%meat and 70% fat. Beef a mustard yellow color I asked the waitress what that was because i thought they brought me the wrong item. Beef was marinated but it had no flavor. My wife ask for more kim chi because they gave us a very little amount. The waitress said the policy is when we done with the kim chi she will bring us more. Out of the bon chon we only eat kim chi and fishcakes the portion was so small we would have to call her every 5 minutes to refill the kim chi so thats why we always just ask for another dish of kim chi. We didnt want to bother the waitress. at the end she ask my why didnt you finish the remaining beef bulgogi. because it has no taste no flavor!! you think i would leave half a plate of beef that was $35 !!! all in all not a good experience. for $70 i would rather go to h mart buy one tray of beef one tray of pork marinate at home and cook it on our grill and it would taste alot better then here stay away from here. try other places wished i did. first time last time.

The portions are generous. You would have a wonderful problem of running out of space for food on your table. The BBQ combos are decent for a table of 4 although they say serves 2-3. With an appetizer of kimchi pancake and BBQ combo we had enough to eat. Makgeolis and Soju are your to go comfort alcohols with all the meat. The staff is quite friendly and kind, and there is ample parking around.

Pretty disappointed experience. We tried this Honey Pig because we had good experience in the DC area. Was quite excited when we saw it opened a new one in Cary. It turned out to be the opposite of our expectation. We came in at 12:30pm for a Saturday lunch. Only two tables had customers. But it took a good 30 minutes until they serve any appetizer or those side dishes to us. The server told us there was only one cook to prepare everyone’s appetizer. But how about serving some side dish first so the customers are not left hungry? Then when the full plate of meat came, there was not much of an explanation of which meat is what and how long we should grill, let alone grill it for us. Definitely a big gap of service quality comparing to their DC franchise. At the end, some of our family members lost the appetite because the meat was too dry. We ended up having to take half meat home. The tips were automatically charged because we had a party of 5. If had a choice, we would leave much less than that. Won’t come back again. There are better Korean BBQ in the area.

Love this place, this is my first time at this particular location, but I’ve been to this establishment in MD.I do remember their signature dipping sauce was better but I could be wrong. Also, they didn’t have Boba tea or smoothies at this location :(

The food is great and the service is awesome. Came in at 5 on a Sunday no wait and had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Location is great also, looked nice inside.

Foods are so yummy! Fried dumplings are good! The servers are very respectful and accommodating and always have a smile on her face. Place is very clean

This was the worst Honey Pig and probably the worst KBBQ place I have been to - the place is clean and the meat is of good quality. Problem is they are out of many main items (like pork bulgogi). The kimchi service was weak - and they didn’t have any lettuce to eat with meat. Not fun to drop this much on dinner to be left this disappointed- the corporate office needs to come square this place away or shut it down - sad

Parking: Should never be a problem because nobody is in here at 9pm on a Saturday night

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

First time here and I have to say that I prefer this than the other famous KBBQ place in Cary. The meat is of high quality and worth the price, the side dishes are really tasty and the dipping sauces are way better compared to the other place. We loved the beef bulgogi, spicy pork belly, steamed egg, bean paste soup, corn with cheese, and the wide variety of side dishes. We ordered the combo and there were plenty of food for us.Don’t be put off by the negative reviews, GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!

I was so happy to find Korean BBQ on my drive home from the Raleigh area. I think we probably ended up turning around to get here, but it was worth it. We had the boneless spare ribs and unseasoned pork belly and they were awesome. The side dishes were so good we asked for second helpings of a few. We enjoyed chatting with the owner and will be back next time we are in town, for sure! ??

I love Korean BBQ and this place has an amazing selection of food. The meat is always fresh and delicious. The sides are tasty and varies from time to time. Definitely worth the price. Our server has been amazing and she took care of us well.

I've been to a lot of korean bbq places in my day, but none quite like Honey Pig! All of the food is fresh & homemade at the hand of the owner and her family. Every bite is filled with soul. The environment is unique and comforting (lots of adorable pig decor!). Not too big, not too small. They have a projector that plays upbeat kpop music videos (which is kind of hard to take your eyes off of) and a friendly, outgoing staff that will be there to help with whatever you need at the simple press of a call button! It's also super close to H Mart, so it's a great place to stop before or after getting your groceries.10/10 would recommend. They're even open on Tuesdays when most local korean bbq are closed.

First time for me here and I must say you have definitely gots to try Honey Pig Korean BBQ. I was super happy with the vibe and the playlist here. My sister and I have two different taste buds so we accommodate each other’s. We did spicy pork belly, fresh jumbo shrimp, short rib and our sides were fried dumplings, corn cheese and bean paste stew. The small plates you can ask for refill and we loved the kimchi and the Mac & cheese salad we asked for seconds :-) !!We both enjoyed it and it was a great experience to relax and eat.We were full full. When in RDU are please make sure you give Honey Pig Korean BBQ a try you won’t be left hungry !!!!!!#HappyCustomers

Honey Pig serves authentic Korean BBQ and both Korean traditional and street food to satisfy all of your Korean needs. They also serve Korean beer and soju, which perfectly compliment the meats. Their dishes include bulgogi, beef brisket, cheese corn, cold bean noodles, and so much more!We got their Regular Premium Beef Set for $139.99, which includes beef brisket, beef bulgogi, prime rib, marinated prime rib, beef chuck, and honey pig ribeye. I was there with 3 other guys, and we felt that the amount of food provided was suitable to satisfy our hungry stomachs. As with any meal that involves KBBQ, we had to get the Korean soju and beer. The beers cost $12.50 each for a large bottle, and the sojus cost $32.99 each for a large bottle. Additionally, for parties of 5 or more, gratuity will already be added to the price.FOLLOW @zackaryeats on Instagram and Tiktok to discover more places in NC!

A very busy place, make sure to make reservations! We were lucky to come for an early dinner at 5, and were happy with the barbecue and drinks we ordered. The only star deduction is for being very understaffed. We were very accommodating and waited patiently for our order, which is very unlike other Honey Pig locations we've visited. Happy to come again and update the rating if service improves.

We ordered the premium beef combo but the price didn’t justify the quality. None of the meats were marinated and was definitely not prime cuts and borderline choice. If you are looking for marinated full of flavor meats this isn’t it. On the flip side the sides were good and service was decent considering they were understaffed.
