Horrible experience at Buffet: It is reasonable to enter indian restaurant buffet around 1:30pm because they advertise the buffet time till 3pm. Saw most of the items are empty and the rest are not hot! They never refilled after 1:30. I am not sure why they advertise till 3 pm. Serving the not hot food is like a sin to me! We will never visit this place again!!

These guys were great till 2023 Dec, and we used to get takeout for breakfast very often. Not sure what happened after that but the quality of food dropped drastically. We gave it many chances for the benefit of doubt, and got takeout multiple times to just check if the last time was a one time miss. There has been no improvement thus far. The food is quite smelly and not fresh. At least for vegetarians, this is no longer the place it used to be. Will not get takeout from here again.
Ordered a Mutton Shuka online. Picked up the food from the restaurant and came home only to find out they had given me the wrong order as a biryani. Went back to the restaurant they got me the appetizer while giving me all sorts of excuses that they have 11 orders to fill and there was biryani item as well, hence the cooks confusion. It is sad that I had to go up and down twice to fix a restaurant error and offered no compensation. Check your order at the restaurant.
Parking: When I went there there was some event at the neighboring gymnastics center. Had to park far to get to the restaurant(TWICE)

Both our Dosa's were totally stale, cold and not crispy at all. Seemed like they were reheated. Sambar was Ice Cold with hardly any vegetables in it. Not at all like the picture they show online and inside on big monitors. TOTALLY Absolutely Unacceptable. They did finally realize their mistake. We will never, ever return and will let all our friends and family know. We would rather go to Udupi in Cary, and get amazingly authentic genuine Dosa's the way they are supposed to be. Period.
