Used to be one of my favorite spots in NC, now the food quality has gotten worse and they’ve removed the best item on the menu (pita pocket). Extremely disappointed with what used to be a favorite.

Not quite Mediterranean food, too greasy and lack of flavors like if it comes from the can, besides Mediterranean food uses olive oil and replacing it with cheap oils like canola, vegetable or sunflower oils does not provide the same flavor, it just taste greasy.

We stopped in one evening for dinner (takeout) and while the food was pretty good, the customer service was poor. From the start, the staff seemed unhappy to be there. My husband placed the order for our family and one of the employees misheard it and gave us an incorrect item. When my husband politely told her that we had not ordered the item we were being served, she was irritated and then was clearly complaining to her coworkers about it. The whole experience was awkward and lacking positivity.

One of my favorite places to get takeout. Good quality. You can tell everything is fresh. Prices are a little high, but what isn't now? Plus the value is there for what you pay. Staff at this location are great and seem authentic.

Amazing service! A clean and polished formal atmosphere. The spice balance and flavor of the food are truly wonderful. Their spicy garlic sauce was very good and the pita bread is very fresh. Everything felt warm and welcoming, and I truly enjoyed my time here. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Very disappointed with this place yesterday night I arrived at this location since because of my work it did not allow me to arrive earlier but when I arrived the doors were already closed, when in the schedule they say they close at 9 pm. The girl who was cleaning the floor opened the door for me and said that it was already closed, when there were still minutes left to close, I know it was still a little late, but my work did not allow me to arrive earlier. My husband, my daughter and I were left with the desire to eat jasmine. 9/18/25

I recently visited and ordered shawarmas. While I had a mixed experience, I want to highlight both the positive and negative aspects.
Initially, I felt uncomfortable with the service I received from two of the Hispanic employees. I noticed some interactions and conversations in Spanish and they were looking at me weirdly, that made me feel a bit uneasy, the Manager seemed a bit mad about me asking a specific employee to help me out . Which is I don’t understand why. especially since I have a sensitive condition and had requested assistance from a specific employee known for their help with fresh shawarma.

However, I want to commend the young Hijabi employee who assisted me. Her service was excellent, and she made a significant positive impact on my visit. I truly appreciated her help and kindness. Overall, I hope the team can work on ensuring all customers feel equally comfortable and respected.

Definitely a soggy lettuce problem here! Make fresh salad and why oil on lettuce? Why not fry the salad? Of someone is eating salad it’s probably my to escape extra calories. Yeah, I’ll have a salad with extra oil… Huh?
