I went to this store today, a Saturday, around noon. When I walked in, the line was the length of the counter and then some more to the side door. I got in line, and as I moved up, more people came in and got in line behind me. There were 4 young guys working behind the counter. They were so upbeat, friendly, and polite, and they were working together like a well oiled machine. I use a cane for walking so the staff saw me coming to the store and immediately opened the door for me. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I recommend visiting this Jersey Mikes for anyone looking for a great sub sandwich in Cary.

By far the best Jersey Mike crew I've come across since ive started eating there in 1996. Jhad (not misspelled) and his crew are very familiar faces to me and my family as they have been there so long which says a lot to you have their employee retention be so high for a sandwich shop.
