We did a pickup order thru the app for this store while out of town for work. We got super lost & ended up not getting to the store before closing. I called them & an extremely nice employee said he would be happy to meet me at the door with the food even though they would be closed. We ended up only being 2 minutes late, but the employee was amazing, and the food was awesome as always. Thanks to Alex for helping make our frustrating day so much better.

I went to this store today, a Saturday, around noon. When I walked in, the line was the length of the counter and then some more to the side door. I got in line, and as I moved up, more people came in and got in line behind me. There were 4 young guys working behind the counter. They were so upbeat, friendly, and polite, and they were working together like a well oiled machine. As I stood in the line waiting for my turn, I couldn't help but also notice that the store looked...

I use a cane for walking so the staff saw me coming to the store and immediately opened the door for me. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I recommend visiting this Jersey Mikes for anyone looking for a great sub sandwich in Cary.
