I order from this JJ location quite frequently. Today however, when I tried to order, I encountered very unprofessional and rude service by I guy spoke poor English and he also had major difficulties of understanding English. He even claimed to be the manager when I asked to speak to the manager… At that point I just walked out. I have never seen this person before at this location. Not sure when I will be back.

Fantastic experience at Jimmy John’s on Maynard Road in Cary! While it’s not a traditional dine-in spot, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and the staff was super friendly and customer-focused.
I arrived just after the lunch rush, and even though they were running a little behind, they kindly explained that fresh bread was being made, which I really appreciated. It’s great to see a team that values quality and takes the time to communicate with customers.
My sandwich was as ordered and fresh. They never skimp on the meats or toppings, and everything was made exactly as requested in the app. The store was clean, the service was great, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
I used the app to place my order and it was super convenient.
Overall, I’m very happy and will definitely be back for more! Great job, team!

...I love JJ's and this was one if the best bootleggers I've ever eaten in my experience eating the bootlegger... Jessica and her sous chef did a great job and they played System of a Down for me when I walked in.
Not sure how she know I wanted oregano telepathically or how they knew to play my favorite song by SOAD by hey this world is a Simulation. They even wished me a great night and weekend when I was leaving. It made me want to hang out more and eat another sub really.
It was the Hunter's Club. I called it the Bootlegger.
#7 (turkey and provolone) on wheat made Mike’s Way add spicy mustard and bacon…sandwiches don’t get better than that!

This is my second order at this location, and both times I’ve been completely disappointed and dissatisfied with my sandwich. The first time the bread was hard as a rock and although today the bread was better (tasted like day old bread, but edible), my main issue was that I marked xtra mayo and the sandwich I was given had such little condiment (if any) on there that it was dry and hard to swallow. No more benefit of the doubt for this location, unfortunately….they’re just not a good location to get food.

I LOVE Jimmy John’s. I always get the Beach Club unwich style. I order from this location at least once a week. My sandwich is always fresh and tastes amazing. I decided to try the potato salad side with my regular sandwich this time. It was pretty disappointing if you ask me, there was barely anything in the container. Not worth the $3 extra it costs to add it as a side.

Never had a bad sandwich at JJ until now. Ordered a JJBLT and it was half the amount of usual toppings. 3 tiny slivers of tomatoes sprinkling of lettuce a little mayo and 3 half pcs of bacon. Please explain why I should come back!
