Went here after me and my wife were missing pork tonkatsu we had in Japan. We got the pork cutlet lunch which we thought would be a good craving quencher. It definitely wasn’t what we were expecting. The pork was thin and the breading was heavy. The cabbage was sad and pale and there were also random vegetables included. Rice was pretty good though. All that to say, if you go expecting to get food exactly like you would in Japan, this probably isn’t the place for you.
Came at 8pm.

We sat down and were served cold poke bowls in recyclable to-go containers with chopsticks and no option for other silverware.

After the waitress sat us and took our orders, we were not checked on once.

At 8:38pm, the sushi staff turned on blaring Japanese music. Our experience does not seem to fit what others are usually saying. I would understand if this were to happen on Christmas Eve maybe? Disappointing...
I highly recommend this place to visit! The food is definitely better than in many similar establishments. Very responsive staff does their job perfectly.

Prices are above average, but there is something to pay extra for. The quality of food is clearly different from other establishments. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
