This location is a KFC Taco bell. I ordered my food while being 3rd in line and then pulled up to the window where I had to wait 15 minutes after paying for my food. I know these locations are notoriously bad but this was ridiculous

I got a chicken tender meal, with fries, slaw and biscuit. The fry container was about 2/3 full and they were cold and the over cooked scrapings. The chicken tenders were small, over cooked and cold. The bisquit and slaw was ok. Considering I payed $15.47 I was expecting better. The cashier/manager didn't seem too happy to have me as a customer. That was the first and probably last time I'll ever be in the area, but I feel like others need to know how certain ppl are treated. Walk in and you'll know where I'm coming from.

The bathroom was disgusting. The place is rundown and needs remodeling or repairs. The service was slower than expected. Understaffed and overworked. The come back of the chili cheese burrito was exciting but disappointing since it's half the size it was before.

It amazes me that no how many time you reconfirm I want a plane sandwich and they say yes then 100% ignore you and give you double the mayo and pickles almost as if they want to prove a point for those that ask for any thing different. Don't go here unless you want to waste your money to have your dinner ruined. Thanks KFC I'll go to Bojangles next time

Start off usually by going to the bathroom to wash my hands prior to eating and the sink was like they’re changing oil in the back and rotating tires. Had to wipe my hands on my pants due to lack of attention to the bathroom. I ordered pick up and got the Nashville hot Macaroni bowl and the chicken was soggy and full of grease that wasn’t enjoyable at all. I used to love KFC but this ain’t it anymore..
