Had to wipe my hands on my pants due to lack of attention to the bathroom. I ordered pick up and got the Nashville hot Macaroni bowl and the chicken was soggy and full of grease that wasn’t enjoyable at all. I used to love KFC but this ain’t it anymore..
Had a craving for a pot pie and was sadly disappointed in the quality. Drive 15 minutes to this location, first time here. The crust was perfect, buttery, flaky, crispy with a soft center. However, the inside filling was disappointing with chewy gummy chicken, hard carrots, and water-downed potatoes.

Very slow, took a while to get my food even though I was one of two people inside and my burrito was cold when I got it.
Customers beware! This is the worst KFC experience I had. I ordered a family size of 8 pieces and specifically requested dark meat. The cashier did that and printers on receipt, and then I took the order home. Then found out the bucket contains two large breast, two small wings, two thighs and legs. This is not what I ordered!! But it’s too late that we came home already. I will NOT go to the KFC at Cary anymore.

I Just picked up an 8 piece bucket for dinner, I was very disappointed as the chicken was very dry and rubbery, skin was chewy and not crisp, To me it seems like this chicken has been out since they opened the door, very disappointing for the money I paid.

Where do i even begin? I got here at 5:30 and was told it would take 30 mins for my food to be delivered outside in the front of the restaurant. Although its was over an hour since my food arrived. It was such a terrible experience and if you are gonna hire people to work your business you also have to keep your promises. The order was not complicated it was only for me and my wife. Nothing special was asked for. In addition it took so long so my wife goes into the restaurant and they asked for the receipt because they forgot about the order. Waste of an hour of my life.

Went to get lunch checked my food a biscuit in there so hard my dog wouldn’t eat, they were not friendly at all, bland bunch of people in customer service that don’t need to be. They put mashed potatoes instead of fries and when I got the fries so salty could barely eat them. Do better put a smile on your face ppl don’t want no sadass food, DO BETTER
